Client Complaints on Mani Soft International
-----------------------------------------------------------------

Jana Senthurpandi is a liar and a theif. He claims to be the CEO of various companies called Mani India Tech and Mani Soft International based in Mclean Virginia.

I hired this man and his "company" to work on a web site for my company. Once he received final payment, I could not reach him nor his "company." The web site is unfinished, and many features are broken. He failed to meet the terms of the contract. Now I want my money back. I've since hired a new development team that was horrified when they saw the code. The site was written so poorly that I almost have to start over. I've given this guy thousands of dollars to develop this website, now I'm spending thousands of dollars to get it fixed.

I've attempted several times to reach him with no avail. I've filed with Small Claims Court to recover my money. Every address that this guy has listed are either fake, or he is not located there. I even paid to have the Fairfax Country Sheriff's Department to serve him the court documents. They cannot find him at any address he has listed. He screens all phone calls and won't return messages.
I've checked in to some of the companies that he's developed web sites for, and many of them do not exist! He's faked his own client list!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!

Here is the original Court document filed months ago. It should have been processed by now, but no one can find this guy.

I worked in this company for 2 years when i was a fresher to IT Industry. Their pay scale was ridiculously low even for a fresher, that too I got paid only 30% once in 6 months. Honestly their technical resources are good enough to develop and deliver a product but the management and HR are the culprits. They fired me since I raised my concerns against the management's attitude to their employees and clients. Now I am working for a reputed company as a development lead and so my colleagues. Associates who are working for MIT, please leave the company once are out of the learning curve, there are lot of opportunities out there.

I too worked on this company. I didnt get proper salary. Last three months they were just keep on telling like they will give salary in two days. Please guys be aware of this company if you already coming from middle class or poor background. They are not ready to keep their resources with them. Purely money minded.

hey all,
This is a company where one can learn a lot so that his / her career can developed as one desire but regarding clients its their fate who had given projects bcoz they will get something with a name called completed projects with junk codes and all kids of stuffs.
But these mani and his family are running family software business even though no one in their family is sound apart from few all are ruling the concern thats the main reason they lost many good employees who are ruling outside world
if they stop that am sure mani indian can go forward else !

Jana please put the right resource in right place so that u can get work done with appreciation from clients else u will get only a name called fraud

Buyer beware! This provider should not be chosen if you're looking for quality work or if you're looking for your project to be delivered on time to req. Maybe this provider is better at delivering on simple req. but this project was outside of their ability and they did not deliver on the agreed terms. The work was not QA and after being over 4 weeks later than the delivery date I still did not have a beta site. I had to continuously compromise my requirements in hopes that they would be able to deliver since they were already paid $13, 275 (3/4 of the agreed amount). We finally launched a very broken beta site 3 mos late and I had to purchase unplanned 3rd party SW to make it happen. After all the delays and a lack of delivery they notified me that they will no longer complete the project to the initial req. unless they were paid another $10K. I had to take this provider through the dispute process and they still did not deliver on the agreed disputed items. You be the judge.

Manisoft has soured this experience to a great extent. The indictment on their lack of professionalism stems from the language barrier that existed. It would have been less of an issue had manisoft delivered on providing us with a project manager that easily understood english. However, everytime we were assigned a new project manager the language barrier continued to be remarkably impairing. So, much so, it was shared with me by their CFO that one of the employees we worked with was fired. It was truly a difficult situation that has only worsened now that manisoft refuses to reimburse us for failing to produce the deliverables. A full investigation should be conducted into their business. If left unchecked, they may very well be the bad apple to spoil the bunch of great service providers that are undoubtedly utilizing elance. Regards, Leon wisemen enterprises
