We have submitted 4 pieces of ski clothing (worth in total around $1000 CAD) to the dry cleaners above and on the delivery we noticed all garments are ruined with a purplish color on them. When we have taken the cloths back to them to show the problem, they have completely denied the clothing are ruined and they have even told us the clothing was like that when we brought them in and there's no proof that they were different colors. We have a lot of pictures taken just the weekend before we take the clothings to them and have shown the pictures to them. They said these are not the same cloths or they can't see the edging (which is completely shown in the picture) that are discolored. They refused to accept it was their mistake.

I would recommend not to take your clothes to them. We will file a small court complaint against them for sure.

Attaching a photo of the kid's ski pants and jacket. The edging was originally white and in interior of the jacket and pants were pink.
