Mango Financial Beware of MangoMoney: A Total Scam That Robbed Me of $5000

Yo, so I gotta tell you about MangoMoney. Honestly, they straight up robbed me of $5000 from my card. I was so pissed off, man. I had to get vizonehelp.tech involved just to file a case with them so I could get my money back. It was a total nightmare.

But let me break it down for you. MangoMoney is supposed to be this online banking thing, right? You can use it to manage your money and stuff. But honestly, it's a total scam. They don't care about their customers at all. They just want to take your money and run.

I mean, I should have seen it coming. The website looks like it was made in the 90s or something. It's super outdated and sketchy. But I was desperate for a way to manage my money online, so I gave it a shot.

Big mistake, man. Big mistake. As soon as I put my money in there, it was like it disappeared into thin air. I couldn't access it, I couldn't withdraw it, nothing. And when I tried to contact customer service, they were no help at all. They just kept giving me the runaround.

It wasn't until I got vizonehelp.tech involved that things started to move. They helped me file a case with MangoMoney and eventually I was able to get my money back. But it was a huge hassle and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

So yeah, long story short, stay away from MangoMoney. They're a total scam and they'll just steal your money. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

Mango Financial MangoMoney's Poor Customer Service and Account Closure Hassle

So, I had a savings account with MangoMoney for a while, but they went and closed it on me about 4 months ago. I was pretty upset about it, but what really got me was how they kept giving me excuses about why they couldn't send me my check right away. It's been a real hassle having to call them over and over again just to get my money. I mean, come on, it's my money, why do they have to make it so difficult for me to get it back? I'm really disappointed with MangoMoney and I don't think I'll be doing business with them again.

Mango Financial Disappointing Experience with MangoMoney: No Fraud Protection, High Fees, and Difficult to Close Account

MangoMoney ain't all it's cracked up to be, let me tell ya. I thought I was getting a good deal with that fancy Mastercard seal, but turns out there's no fraud protection to speak of. What a ripoff! And don't even get me started on the fees. They're always higher than the interest, which is just plain ridiculous.

But the real kicker? When you try to close your account, it's like pulling teeth. Good luck getting your money back! I made the mistake of not checking my balance before I closed my account, and now I'm out a whole lotta cash. Lesson learned, I guess.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend MangoMoney to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different option.

Mango Financial Stay Away from Mango: Scamming People and Holding onto Your Money for a Month

This company is not good at all. I don't understand why they hold onto your money that the merchant didn't take for a whole month. It's not fair at all. Mango is scamming people and I'm pretty sure they'll get sued soon. I wouldn't recommend getting a card from them, you should run away as fast as you can. They just keep lying to people and it's not right. Mango is definitely on their last legs.

Mango Financial Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Disappointing Experience with MangoMoney

I am extremely disappointed with MangoMoney. They have been nothing but unhelpful and unresponsive. I lost my card a month ago and have yet to receive a new one. I have sent in all the necessary documents I could think of, but it has been over three weeks and I still have not received any assistance.

It is frustrating to feel like my hard-earned money is being stolen from me and MangoMoney is not doing anything to help. They have even hung up on me when I tried to inquire about my funds. It is unacceptable for a company to treat their customers this way.

I would not recommend MangoMoney to anyone. They are unreliable and untrustworthy. It is a shame that I have to go through this ordeal just to access my own money. I hope that they can improve their customer service and become more responsive to their customers' needs. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Mango Financial Disappointing Experience with MangoMoney: Issues with Crediting Savings Account

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with MangoMoney. I've been trying to get my savings account credited with 900 bucks for days now, and it's been a real hassle. I've had to call customer service multiple times, and every time I'm on hold for like half an hour. Ain't nobody got time for that!

Anyway, they finally admitted that it was their fault that my money disappeared, but they still haven't fixed the problem. They keep saying they'll take care of it "tomorrow," but tomorrow never seems to come. It's been days now, and I still don't have access to my hard-earned cash.

Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if I made a mistake by choosing MangoMoney. I mean, I thought they were supposed to be a reliable online bank, but this experience has been a real letdown. I just hope they can get their act together and give me back my money soon.

Mango Financial Warning: MangoMoney Review - My $300 Disappeared and No Help from the Bank

I gotta say, MangoMoney ain't all it's cracked up to be. I just started using it and boy oh boy, did I regret it. First month in, I go to take out $300 from the ATM and what do ya know, it's gone. And get this, my card was still in my purse! How in tarnation did that happen? My lawyer said it was probably some computer fraud, but either way, it's a real bummer.

So I call up the bank and ask for some provisional credit to hold me over while they investigate. But nope, they denied me faster than a cat can lick its paw. And get this, they've been "investigating" since September 16th, 2020 and it's now December 2nd, 2020. That's longer than it takes for my grandma to knit a sweater!

To make matters worse, they even asked for a photo of me. Like what, did they see something on the tapes or something? It's all just a big mess. So take it from me, don't be a dummy and stick with MangoMoney.

Mango Financial MangoMoney Review: Dispute Resolution Takes Too Long, No Provisional Credit Given

MangoMoney, or mangomoney.com, is a financial service that claims to help you manage your money. However, my experience with them has been less than satisfactory. I had a dispute with them since September 15th, and they told me it may take up to 90 days to resolve it. That's a long time to wait for a resolution, especially when it's your money on the line.

To make matters worse, MangoMoney refused to give me a provisional credit, which is their policy if a dispute goes over 20 days. I asked for it because I get paid once a month, and every month, someone takes out funds from my ATM without my approval. As a 73-year-old, this causes a financial burden that I can't afford. I've never had money taken out without my approval before, and it's frustrating to deal with.

MangoMoney asked for my picture, which made me think they saw something on my reports. But that didn't do anything to help my situation. The police told me that it can be done by computers, which is even more concerning. I'm not happy with MangoMoney at all, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Mango Financial MangoMoney Review: A Good Deal or a Website Nightmare?

MangoMoney is a card that seems like a good deal, but let me tell you, the process of signing up was a real headache. Their website is a mess, worse than the original healthcare.gov. I mean, seriously, what were they thinking?

The first problem I encountered was that the site kept telling me that "This action cannot be performed outside of the United States." Now, I know that some people might be unsure about whether or not North Dakota is a real state, but come on, MangoMoney, get it together! I spoke with a rep who assured me that ND is, in fact, a state, and that I should just try another browser. But no matter how many browsers I tried, I couldn't register for a card by phone. What kind of nonsense is that?

After trying four different browsers and getting nowhere, I called back and was told to try another internet service. So I tried BEK (fiberoptic) and then CSI cable, but still no luck. Finally, I registered by turning off the WiFi connection on my phone and using my phone's browser. What a hassle!

But that was just the beginning. The form itself was a nightmare. It took me about half an hour to fill out because their site has a forced mobile zoom function. Instead of selecting a text box, it zooms in, which is just ridiculous. I had to click hundreds of times to figure out that the trick to filling out the form is to click slightly below the box. And if the fourth form field won't work no matter what you try, you have to reload the page because otherwise it never will. What kind of website is this?

And don't even get me started on the bizarrely strict form fields. To enter your birthday, you have to enter 1/1/1900, not *** or 01/01/1900 or 01-01-1990 or 01 01 1990 or 1 1 1990. And if you put a space at the end of any field, it's considered invalid. It took me six tries to successfully fill out the form from beginning to end. What a nightmare!

But I guess I wanted to know if it was possible to sign up, and it is. Hopefully the card is worth it, but I can't imagine the next best card offer having a website this infuriating.

Mango Financial MangoMoney Prepaid Debit Card Review: Frustrating Experience with Verification Process and Customer Service

When I first heard about MangoMoney, I was excited to try out their prepaid debit card. The idea of almost zero fees and the ability to receive money from my PayPal account sounded too good to be true. However, my experience with MangoMoney quickly turned into a nightmare.

I went to their website to sign up for an account, and the information they requested was simple enough - my name, birth date, social security number, and address. But when I entered my information, I immediately received an error message saying that their system was unable to verify my information at this time. I tried again 24 hours later, and then again using a different browser, but I still received the same error message.

I contacted customer service multiple times, and each time I received a different resolution to my problem, none of which worked. The customer service reps were robotic in their responses and seemed unable to deviate from their script. They told me that their system was having trouble identifying some part of my information, but they couldn't tell me which part or how to fix it.

After going around in circles with customer service, I finally spoke to a supervisor who told me that there was nothing they could do for six months because it takes that long for their computer to clear itself of all the applications I had submitted. This was the final straw for me, and I decided that I didn't want MangoMoney managing my money.

What concerns me now is that MangoMoney has my social security number in their system, and I don't trust their staff to handle it properly. If they can't even verify my basic information, how can I trust them to manage my finances?

Overall, my experience with MangoMoney was frustrating and aggravating. I wouldn't recommend this prepaid debit card to anyone, and I'm glad that their flawed system denied me.

Mango Financial loan

Hi i have psid £375 for a loan which i havent got and they eant another £175 from me which i am not willing to pay all i eant now is my money back as they ssid it s refundable i have tried phoning but no answer i have also emailed them a few times yesterday but had no reply this is really stressing me out i have asked them on numerouse occasions for my money to get refunded but they are refusing to give it me back

Mango Financial Unauthorised transaction

There has been money taking from my account on different days witch has left my account overdrawn the dates are 24thDecember use took 10p then the 30thDecember2015 use took 10p again and then on the 11thJanuary2016 use took a further £19.79 so i have contacted my bank and they said i have to contact u to get my money refunded as i didn't subscribe to anything that would take money from my account so it would be appreciated if use could resolve the matter today and put the money back into my account we have a young child and can't buy any food for her now or nappies so it would be appicatted if u could put the money back into my account today it would be very much appicatted if u could contact me regarding this matter yours faithly mr mcmenemy.

Mango Financial Fraudulent transaction

I checked my bank account this morning and £19.99 had left my bank account. I rang my bank to find out what the transaction was & they said it was Mango Money, never heard of them. My bank are dealing with it as fraud. I have sent Mango an e mail but I really need a contact phone number which they don't seem to have, what a surprise.

Mango Financial They closed my account and didn't reply to my emails

I have used www.mangomoney.com and their prepaid cards. They took $5 monthly for the usage of their cards. So, when I wanted to withdraw $500 and the company didn’t allow me to do it. I emailed the customer services and asked about this problem. I didn’t get any reply. But after that day, my account was closed and I couldn’t reach my funds. I sent a lot of emails to this company and still haven’t received any information.

Mango Financial DECEPTION

My MANGO MONEY PREPAID DEBIT CARD was stolen on December 6, 2014 and I reported it stolen on December 9th. When I called in I spoke with Reynan and his supervisor Phillip. They both promised me a replacement card within 7 to 100 business days. To my dismay this order was never processed. I called in on December 24, 2014 to find out why I never received a card and i spoke with another supervisor who promised me an expedited card will be received before December 31, 2014. Once Again, to my dismay, I call in on December 29, 2014, and spoke to Rhanan, who informed me that the expedited card had not been sent out as they were out of temporary cards and have to wait on a response from the manufacturer. I have been terribly inconvenienced by this mishap on behalf of Mango Money. I was told by Rhanan that the only thing that they can do to give me a $5.00 credit and reimburse me a $3.00 monthly fee. ARE YOU SERIOUS!? I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this is how I am treated. I am calling in for help[ and I am being told something different each time now. SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO TO KEEP MY BUSINESS? AND BY THE WAY, I STILL DON'T HAVE A CARD!

Hello,

Sorry to hear this, but Mango has been a deception ever since. The terms and agreement were BS from the start. Their claim-to-fame was the insurance sold on the back-end -- nothing else. That was five (5) years ago. They basically sold insurance accounts with a debt card attachment, not really the other way around. Debit cards as such used as such basically provide the company an easier access to "managed funds" instead of dealing with all the mailing payments, etc.

It cannot be preached enough --- read the TOS / TAA before agreeing to usage! Best advice is just to dump the card and service. Any funds in the account will be lost; probably spent in monthly fees even during a dispute. You'll be lucky to get the check cashed. File the dispute claim and let it ride for policy sakes. It you get the money back --good. If you don't -- just say bye --it's gone -- lesson learned.

Hello,

I have written to you before regarding 10p taken out of my account. At first an initial £19.99 was taken and I later called to get my account details removed. Since then money has been taken out of my account, the most recent being 20th Feb 2016. Can you please remove my account details from your database as I want this resolved.

These four companies have all taken money out of my account which i haven't authorised, i would like it all refunded. Dates are 21 and 24 dec 2015. All for around £20 ish

Well if you know its a prepaid debit card, why are you posting a complaint saying they did something wrong? You tried to use money you didnt have on the card. Get a credit card if you cant follow simple rules.
