The issue that I have experienced was: This is regarding incident number mn20181134411 after complaining for my refund. I order a jacket worth approx 12000INR through mango online application. I had to return it due to size issue. I send back the parcel on 6th dec 2018. Didn't receive an update from mango for a week so I decided to contact them and then they messaged that my parcel haven't reached their warehouse. I kept on contacting them n the courier company and finally on 08/01/19 I got an email from mango that my parcel have been received in their warehouse and my refund will be done in 3-12 working days. It's way beyond the timeline and I haven't received the refund yet. I have been contacting them on regular basis only to here from them that we are looking into the matter and will get back to you shortly. Till date there is no refund.
