Mangala gas agency / rude behaviour with customer

first getting a telephone line connection with the agency is difficult and the answers to our query is rather given rudely and arrogantly.
Secondly if we do our booking during power cuts, we are told to confirm our booking when the power supply is back. In case we forget to do so, our previous booking is not taken into account and we have to do fresh booking again, as everything is fed into the computer. In this process getting a cyclinder is delayed. It is sad to learn that while India has made its mark in IT industry but still a common man has to face this problems.
