Manduwa Trading review: Make The Paymentsof Onion shipment 1

We Sharma Overseas involved in exports of Onions, Millet, Maize, Barley, Sorghum, Spices etc..
Mr. Mohamed Siddique owner of Manduwa Trading, 261, 1/3, Main city complex, Main street, , Colombo 11, Sri Lanka.. called us on our office number and inquired about Onions.He informed us that, He is the Importer of Onions..Also Mr Sharma (owner of Sharma overseas) met him personally in Sri Lanka at the time of his Sri Lanka visit..
After meeting with Mr Sharma Mr. Mohamed Siddique given us order of 10x20ft Onion containers..We agree to work with him on D/P(Documents against payment) .. But Mr Siddique was paying us after 15 days of receiving containers! But just for maintain good business relationship with him, we agreed for this term also..He paid us late for all of his shipment..After 5 containers shipment, he asked one month credit even we gave him also.!
Now he is not paying us for his last 1x20ft container shipment of 4500 USD WHICH MADE ON AUGUST 2012 !
We are trying to contact him from last eight months through phone and emails, but he is not replying us..
We also got information from his bank that, HE IS A FRAUD PERSON..He made lots of cheating with many peoples..
Don't make any business with Manduwa Trading, Sri Lanka, Mr. Mohamed Siddique
