Makro Woodmead replacement of makro account card

Good Day

It has taken us 3 months (and counting) to simply replace a Makro store card that has gone missing.

I visited the Woodemead store to cancel the card etc. as directed. I was dealing with Ziona at the time and was then told that the account was cancelled and not just the card. I was then told to complete a stack of paperwork and return.

Once I returned, Ziona advised that the card would take 2 days to reprint and that she would let me know via email should the card be ready - I returned 4 days later after sending numerous emails which I received no response to and was advised that Ziona was on leave and that no one knew where the completed paperwork had been filed as Fatima at HO hadn't received it and it wasn't in the filing cabinet at the branch. I sat in the accounts office for 1.5 hours whilst the lady who helped me phoned Fatima at the head office and tried to contact Ziona.

Once again I was sent away and was told to come back in a week when Ziona returns from leave. Upon Zionas return I emailed her and your customer services to find out about this card before travelling all the way back to the store, once again I received no response. Last week Tuesday I visited the store AGAIN and was told that I could collect the card between Thursday last week and Monday (yesterday).

I emailed Nonhle yesterday morning to find out if the card had arrived before wasting more time and visiting the store once again. As expected I didn't receive a response - I visited the accounts department yesterday afternoon - when walking into the office Nonhle was sitting on her phone and barely had the common decency to greet. When asking if the card was ready she told me that she had received my email and that she will let me know when to collect.

I have personally visited your offices on 5 separate occasions now in order to simply have a lost card replaced. Each time leaving with a different story however no one has the decency to respond to an email, instead I need to waste my time and come to the accounts office at Woodmead again and again. I have never experienced such horrendous service and an "I don't care attitude" from individuals in the service industry!

Makro Woodmead 43 inch hisense udh smart tv at r4899 valid until 19 march 2018

Hi, I went to the Makro Woodmead store to purchase the above mentioned tv. The staff of the store was firstly not helpful at all the guy wasted our time and after waiting for over an hour he tells us that they dont have any stock available but when I called in this morning 19 March 2018 a lady confirmed that they had stock hence I went to that store. The guy who had helped us said that the Germiston Makro store has stock which was already 17H45 at that time and there was no way we could get there at that time. We told the guy that the special ends today 19 March and he had said the Germiston branch will give the tv to us at the same price of R4899 is this true or are yourl wasting my time again? The service we got was quite pathetic.
