Makro Vaal credit department

On the 23rd of january I went for my grocery shopping by makro vaal with my makro credit card, when I came to the till my purchase of about r25oo was declined although my statement showed I could by for r15000. As advised by the lady at the teller I contacted makro credit department where a very rude lady told me that I owed them r88, I told her that I have been shopping with makro for about 5 years and they allways deducted my account via debit order just to be told by this lady that I didnt have an active debit order with them. I then I paid that r88 to be told that I have to wait 24 hours for them to decide if I could by again.
There I am a 57 year old standing with my 55 year old wife standing like fools... Just wondered if this is fair practice towards the customer

Makro Vaal price on the shelf and on the system is two different prices.

Wanted to buy two Hug in a Mug. On the shelf it says you can buy two hug in a mug for the price of R 80.00. More4Less
When I got to the till the price was their individual price not the special price that showed on the shelf.
The lady called her supervisor to come help, after about 10 minutes the supervisor come back with the mRewards card that say you should buy 10 hug in a mug to get a amount. That was not the on that I saw on the shelf.
The supervisor told me that's the special. I was not going to argue with her. So I left the things that I wanted to buy just their.

This is the 5th time that I leave stuff at the till. And its always the same problem regarding the price that's on the shelf and on their system don't match. And it's always at Makro Vaal that this happens.
