[Resolved] Makro Online — purchase of frozen baked piemans pies
I purchased 8 boxes of Piemans pies, two boxes of which were expired.
After numerous of my requests to speak to a manager, i had to wait almost 3o minutes for them to try and get me a manager in which they failed to do, and to date still haven't received a call. I received no apology and was told very abruptly that they do not do compensation. Clearly that I had to make two trips to makro through to no fault of my own at my expense does not affect Makro. Clearly customer service or wellbeing is not a priority.
Service is atrocious, they refuse to take accountability.
Çlearly a food health and safety hazard.
Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
