I have complain about this before and now complaining about it again, customer service pathetic, no feedback or updates from either management and staff, no regard for so called valuable clients, never ever place customer before the companies business needs, company does not represent what it stands for in all aspects of their client and business dealings, what a disgrace to be called a makro client due to service delivery and no regard for clients at all, not lending a helping hand when needed, not listening to the needs of their clients and always if not never respects the needs of all clients. I am very very very unhappy and hope something can be done about all clients unhappiness.
