Horrible. Arrogant. Sad excuse for a business. Nothing on this site is "as described". I purchased the "2oz Lip Balm Tin" in bulk and when I received it I knew right away it was wrong because it was huge. I re-checked the website..yep still says "2oz" and thought hmm..maybe it just looks bigger. Than I tested it compared to other 2oz tins. Thats weird I thought..it's nowhere near the same size. So then I measured it on the scale using their suggested "high-tech measuring system" of filling it with water yep 2.5oz which means with the recommended lip balm base this would easily be a 3oz tin. The site only has dimensions for the box it would presumably fit in as well as a maximum recommended label size but failed to state the real product dimensions. Normally this would not be an issue since the industry standard of a 2oz tin in the cosmetic world is pretty much all the same. However, with a significant differential as this was, it meant i couldn't use them. I contacted the company the same day asking for a refund since everything was still packaged in it's original packaging. Most companies may charge a re-stocking fee if it was the mistake of the customer, however THIS company is in a "horrible customer service" league all their own. I was refused a refund and in a nut shell spoken to as if I was an out of control toddler in the email I received from Tina who refused to take any accountability and preceded to question my intelligence in her berating email. They still have yet to update the listing to reflect the accurate dimensions and never gave response to why they would not refund me even though there is nothing on their site stating "no refunds". I will never recommend this company to anyone and will go out of my way to have others avoid it as well with the way I was treated. The strange part was Tina's emailed was riddled with what I assume to be firearm analogies. She kept referencing "lead shots, black powder and pistols"...not sure what any of that means but I think Majestic Mountain Sage might be better suited for the arms industry and not the current one they promote. Pictures of an actual 2oz tin are shown on the left with MMS "version" of a 2oz on the right.
