I ordered this product at the end of July 2017, the money came out of my bank account within days after the order was placed. I have not received this product and based on all of the poor reviews I no longer want it, therefore, I'm requesting a refund. Pleas contact me at [protected] asap to discuss my next steps on getting my refund.

    Many have had the same problem. I received the product and there was no steam; it was defective. I even sent them a video three times, to prove it wasn't working. Emailed them four times, no reply, no refund and no replacement. Another website, sitejabber .com has many negative reviews. I would not put your phone number here on a public site. They won't contact you. Email them and then go to Paypal or your bank and complain. I paid with Paypal and reported it by filing a claim.

    @CoExGal What did paypal do? I tried paypal but they said I have to send the product back, which was not working in the first place. It will cost me over $50 to send it back
