Received the flatiron, but did not work. No return information with the item. Sent an email weeks ago with the info that I wanted to return it because it did not work. I have not heard from anyone. Useless item. No one bothered to respond to my complaint.

I odered this product and arrived after a month of waiting. It wasn't sealed and the tank is wet already upon opening it! It doesnt heat up at all let alone steam and iron my hair! Very frustrating! Please can i have my money back and i will be happy to give u the very poor item that u falsely advertised. Very disappointing.

No brand on product box, no instructions to fill reservoir, it barely heats up and no information on how to return product though the site says you only have 7 days to request full refund for a product that took over a month to arrive.

Misleading advertisements, faulty types of equipment, and no replies to emails and complaints.
I purchased what was advertised as Reopro stream straightener. Not only I received fake item, it was used, and was dropping water.

AVOID anything to do with this company/individuals.
