purchased a fire engine toddler bed order number (Ref:AMIC0382) on 16-11-04 in which the item arrived 2 weeks later but was the wrong item.

What arrived was a snooze n cruise car bed. When I called to ask for a refund the first person stated that this was terrible that my son was without a proper bed and would get a supervisor to call me back that afternoon. 3 days passed and no one called. I tried calling back but only got answerphones stating "we are unable to deal with your request.

Please try later". 5 emails and 5 other phone calls finally got a representative to call back in which the correct item would be shipped. I requested a full and immediate refund and for them to come and remove the incorrect order.

I was asked when I would like the item to be collected and I stated Saturday. He noted that a pickup may not be available on Saturday but would call back with a suitable day. 2 wks pass. 7 emails, 14 calls.

NOTHING...I only get the answerphone when calling the number and my emails do not get returned. SHOCKING SERVICE. I can be contected via email if further validation required. I am still awaiting full refund and pick up of item and even a bloody call back to deal with THEIR error.
