Hi, I would like to raise the complaint against Mahesh Travels, Belgaum- I have booked the ticket from Hegde Travel agency, Goaves, Belgaum on 12th May, Date of journey was on 15th May, Departure time was at 7.30 from Goaves and 8.45 from Triveni. Ticket rate is RS 320. I was late by 5 minutes as I was stuck in traffic. I got a call from travell agency at 8.45 pm saying the Bus has allready left, and I asked him to stop the bus for just 2 minutes as I am near Hotel Triveni, but he disconnected the call saying nothing can be done. This made me annoyed, I called him back and asked him why you have not given me a call before the bust was suppose to leave as you have my number, he said no we cannot call each and every customer.
Now my question is why do they take contact number. I asked him to arrange for another bus or arrange at least in a cabin I will manage but his response was not at all good and used abuse language, When I spoke to people in Mahesh Office Ramdev, Belgaum they told to get in touch with travel agency where you have booked the ticket. Again I called travel agency(Hegde Travels) for refund of my money but he disconnected the call, I told him this is not the good customer service you are spoling the name of Mahesh Travels and I always travel only by Mahesh because of good service, but now onwards I will never travel by Mahesh however their is new travels that is PVG travels is going to start lets go by that and also I will spread this news to as many as people.
I want you to take some necessary action against Hegde Travels and Mahesh Motors who don't know what is customer service, is always said customers are the king in market, and in this competitive world only good customer service is counted.
