My name is Nikhil Ahir. I completed my graduation from mahatma gandhi university meghalaya in 2014 and I have received my marksheets as well but my problem is that my first year marksheet and second year marksheet have the same passing year june 2013. Now I want to pursue my masters from abroad and I have already filled in my student visa application form and got a refusal and ircc is asking me to give an explanation as to why my marksheets have the same passing year june 2013. Furthermore, I have contacted the university helpline number numerous times but they are not responding to my calls and I have even sent them mail regarding the problem which I am facing right now.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Nitesh Bhardwaj and I opt distance education through Softdot Institute New Delhi and choose MGU as my university. Now I have only 3rd and 4th semester marksheet. My tenure was June 2012 to June 2014. Now i need my provisional certificate alongwith 2 marksheet. The institute is closed and I don't understand where to apply for it? Please help me to obtain my certificates.

I am reporting to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the quality of the certificate I recently received from MGU. I must regretfully inform you that the certificate falls far short of the expected standards, and I am therefore unable to accept it in its current state.

When I received a certificate, I immediately noticed several significant issues that cannot be overlooked. These problems have raised doubts about the authenticity of the document, and I am concerned that they may adversely affect my academic and professional endeavors.

For the certificate, I should have paid 5000 Indian rupees, and I received the certificate in poor quality. Regarding the subject, I report to university knowledge through mail on July 27, 2023. Until now, I have not received any feedback from the university via email (deo.[protected]@mgu.edu.in) or phone.

The specific issues I have encountered with the certificate include:

Legibility: The text and important details on the certificate are not clear and legible, making it difficult to read and understand their contents.

Quality of Printing: The overall print quality is subpar, with black and white print copy and visible smudges, which compromises the document's professionalism.

Quality of Preparation: The overall look of the certificate appears to have no paper borders and a color print that is distorted and poorly reproduced, undermining the certificate's authenticity.

Paper Quality: The certificate is printed on flimsy paper, making it vulnerable to damage and raising doubts about its durability over time.

Given the importance of this certificate in my academic and professional life, I expected the university to uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Regrettably, the current state of the certificate does not meet these expectations.

I understand that oversights can happen, and I believe that the university is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic quality and service. Therefore, I am optimistic that this matter will be resolved promptly and professionally.

I have attached a scanned copy of the current certificate and a sample of the very high-quality 4th-semester certificate for your reference.

I have applied for a degree certificate on 7th January, 2023 with Tatkal Process and paid fees of INR 20,000/- with all required documents as I need it to apply for my career But no response received from them after so many phone calls and emails. 5 months has gone but not received yet my degree certificate.

Kindly help me out to get my degree certificate otherwise my career will spoil.

With high respect and humble submission to the University Authority we all the students undermentioned, like to allege the MG University, MEGHALAYA personals are not at all dutiful to their own jobs full of responsibility towards the students.

We were deeply impressed by the University which bears the name of our father of nation and that is why we took admission and followed every rules as instructed by the MGU, MEGHALAYA under distance mode.We have paid a lot of money as all fees, taken examination in due time but the University has made too late in supplying our mark sheets and certificates due to which our main purpose of getting admission to the courses has gone in vain.We could not avail of the running session of B.ED COURSE, TET examination and other different opportunities Undoubtedly it is a great loss to us.

Another matter is too much puzzled us that when we pressurized to the authority to supply the mark sheets they are supplying our failed marks card.and we know it is just impossible.

However, we request you to operate your process of delivering our documents as quick as possible.Please don't compel us to take resort of legal or judicial procedures which is quite undesirable to us.

Sir,
I want to inform you and the UP Board Secretary Mr. Basudev Yadav. That in Mahatma Gandhi Inter College their is no receipt of Fee given to any student belonging to English Medium. When Guardian said this to Principal, he become angry and put the student or guardian out of office and said that never come here again.
Guardian just want their rights but here the Name of College is famous and that is why Guardian is not said to anyone.
Sir, Please take action on it and Don't Publish my name or anything anywhere.

I am a final year student of B.Com Degree.
A group of students including me was transferred from Mahatma Gandhi Off Campus Center, Ras Al Khaimah to this particular college in sharjah.

We do not have the college atmosphere and the administrator of the college, Mrs.Linda is treating the students very badly.
We are not even allowed to celebrate our friend's birthday parties at the college, the boys are forced to go down through stairs and not allowed to use the lift facilities.
We have alternative break timings for both boys and girls, during the girls break, the girls are forced to go below the building and during during boys break, the boys are also forced to do so.
And we are permitted to come inside the building only after the break is over. We students tried telling the administrator that we cannot go below the building due to the hot weather outside and there are no shades for us to stand. The admin is not interested in listening to our complaints.
She is so arrogant that she wont even reply to our good mornings.
The same strictness continues inside the classroom as well as during dispersal.
The boys are forced to stay inside the class and are allowed to move out only when the girls reach their college bus. There are boys who reside in Dubai and we cannot reach home early because of this kind of strictness.
Our college timings are from 9.15 am to 12.30 pm, and we just have a 15 mins break.
The teaching is not up to the mark and the teachers are not qualified to their subjects.

We students are in a very bad situation and we need some sort of help from the ministry to get rid of this bad atmosphere in our college and help to become a happy place.
