I placed an order online for a magnetized seat cushion and did not realize that the button that I pushed for 2 seats would end up giving me four seats. I thought I was to put in two, by doing that it took it for 2 orders, which states (Buy 2 Save $3.00) and I misunderstood the way to order for only 2. I tried to call customer service several times to no avail, could get no answer. The only other thing I could think of to do was to email customer service with my dilemma. Please look into this matter for me, I only want two(2) not four(4). My order#478528 placed on 8/16/2008 in the amount of $51.82, I was trying to spend enough to get free shipping, I needed to spend $30.00, my correct total should have ony been $34.88.
I left a message on voicemail on the day that I placed the order because it was done on a weekend, online it states that errors must be reported within 60 days. Please help me correct this.
