I have had the following problems with this item; malfunctioning product; does not change phone number; I do not have a real phone number in which I can talk to a live person and report these problems; ask for help and ask for an exchange in product since mine is malfunctioning a lot. Sometimes it doesn't work at all. They have on line chat people that the type in area to text them doesn't work. So how I am I suppose to get any!!! Help!!!

This business seems like a big rip off to me! I can't return the item; I can't change the number? I can't even send it back to a reputable address in which I only have a P.O. Box and that's all! I've been very upset about this! I wanted some kind of help or solution of this problem and I get zilchin return! Just magicjack taking my money and that's it!!!

I would like some help in this problem! This sounds like a fradulent company to me! No help! No restitution! I guess my problem!

    I was just billed another 46.00 payment out of my account I still have the package: my.magicjack.com ( e-mail)

    Magic jack is a shady organization, they have billed me for a secong Year, I did not agree to this, am attepting to contact them with no sucess so far...

    UNBELIEVABLE! I JUST ORDERED A FREE TRIAL, AND THEY PUT THE CHARGE THROUGH TODAY...I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CHARGED UNTIL DAY NUMBER 31! NO WAY TO CANCEL. NO HELP DESK..NOTHING!!
    SOMEONE HAS TO DO SOMETHING! I WILL TRY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

    I am Sharon Beard pie7174@yahoo.com I talked to Adam Two Days ago and was charged another 59.00 dollars for 5 yrs service. I all ready paid that amount some months ago by charge card. But it didn't show up in my account so Adam found it and gave me a code for it, but I was charged another 59.00 dollars which made my bank account be over drawn $127.00 I am so upset I wasn't supposed to be charged again. It made another check over drawn . I need to talk to someone. I live on a disability check and I need my money put back. I love your service I bought 2 magicjacks but I can't afford this mistske Please help me I tell everyone what a great product the magicjack is. Thank you...Sharon Beard

    I am very upset I don't have the money I live on a disability check which I get once a month Please help me and return my 59.00 dollars plus the cost of an overdrawn check. I have already paid this a few months ago

    Ref: acct. I.D. 11725007. Bought MagicJack at Radio shack. Installed on computer. Got Confirmation for E-Mail. Still do not have new phone Number.

    I am very frustrated with my Magicjack. Some of my complaints that I have are: There is no proper Customer Support Service. There is no contact number where you can speak to a live person, only chatting and that does not help me. At times when I make my call my connections are very poor. My words drags. Sometimes the person on the other end cannot hear me, but I can hear them. At times when I dial a phone number, it keep going back to the dial tone.

    Currently I am not getting any service from my Magicjack. It lights up when I plug it in to my laptop, but I am getting a message that I should type in my e-mail address or phone number and to put my password in, so I did, and still am cannot get any service. I need to reach my mother and my daughter and cannot do so because I cannot get any service. Now I am stuck with an item that does not work. My sons are going off to college in a few weeks and I need for someone to contact me NOW to rectify this problem. (pleezzzzzzzzzzzz)

    i have no dial tone however am able to send and receive call's but am unable to hear my caller yet they are able to hear me..please help...

    i have been useing magicjack for months now with no complaints untill now..am not getting a dial tone i can still make and recieve calls but i cant hear a ting my caller however hears me i just cant hear them i tried changeing the phone its the same thing..please help

    The site tells you how wonderful their product is but offers NO cost information untill after you've provided all your credit card information. IF you go to the next page to learn how much it costs, they send you their product even if you tell them you DON"T want it and then offer you a complex method to return it.

    i have been charged twice for my service and can't get a hold of anyone to correct this . i am not happy with the service it breaks up more than any cell phone that i ever had. i feel that majicjack is a scam. if magicjack reads this please contact me by email cowboy62755@aol.com

    Their billing phone # is 281 404 1551.
    I too have been billed $103.94 for what I don't know this is a month after upgrading to the additional 5 years service.
