Magic Micro Computers / Pathetic company
I purchased a computer from www.magicmicro.com and received it on time. That was the only thing which was proper but after I received the computer the first problem of many, I was charged twice for the computer. Next I could not get anything to work on the new computer, as it had several problems. After spending 40 hours of my time, I'm a computer/network technician by trade I still couldn't get it running 100% right. I called their technical support, got a message to leave a message and they would call me right back. They never did call me. I called again two days later, and left another message. I decided the next day to just return it. I finally got somebody, and they harassed me about the return, saying that I really needed to talk to their technical support team. After talking with the guy at magic micro I finally got a return number, and shipped it off the same day. I have verified that is has been delivered. It has been over a month now that the computer has been returned and I've called and left messages with their billing/accounting department and I have yet to get a call back or any communication. I am every now and then trying to get a reply buts its all in vain. this is an pathetic company.
