Magazines of / Never received magazine subscriptions

After several attempts to contact the company (overseas calls and e-mail) and 11 months and I have not recieved my magazine subscriptions. DO NOT subscribe through this company. Better to go direct through the publisher (eg, Conde Nast). It is impossible to contact the customer service people (they put you on hold for 3 minutes and then the line just hangs up). When you do get through, they are slow and unresponsive. The first time I got through (3 months after I made the order), the operator said to just wait a few more weeks. The second time I got through (at 6 months), they told me the publisher never even received my order. The third time I got through, they told me that it will take 30-45 days to get approval for a refund. My e-mail inquiries have all unheeded.
