Unauthorized charge
Magazine agent made and unauthorized charge of $24.67 on my account. I received no notification of why this was taken. I do not even remember the last time I received a magazine from them, their customer service is a joke with long wait times and does not assist with the problem! They also convinentinly do not have a way to email them to speed up the process. I just want this resolved, I feel so swindle and violated.
Desired outcome: Full refund

This is the information I can give you: BXNCKFB*******CR-LOT 0044A**C-003 #MLV1804364395/0# JUL16 CYNTHIA BIBLER BF55 115 MYRTLE CT 669397 ARCATA CA [protected] P1330 0091 Please cancel this subscription and STOP charging me automatically. I did not ever ask for automatic renewal. The process for canceling is way too cumbersome and the automatic renewal is a gimmick. I have tried so many times to cancel this and get no where. Please STOP charging my account and stop this awful and dishonest magazine.

Subscription scam
Website for www.magazine-agent.com/renewals does not include access for cancelling subscription . How am I suppose to contact the magazine ~Taste of Home. I received a card in the mail saying my MC will be charged if I do not cancel before Sept 23, 2015. What gives?.
They charged $20 for TV Guide I did not approve. I do not recall consenting to auto debit when I renewed on TV Guide's website about a year ago. What do I need to do?

I ordered Romantic Country BACK in February. My credit card was debited for $18.97 for 4 issues. I was told it would come by May 1st. I have yet to receive my issue...I am extremely disappointed with this service! I called back to ask for a refund. I am going to order through the publisher Harris Publishing from now on. This makes me mad! I have waited 3 months for this magazine, and still never received it...UGH...Do not use Magazine agent.com!
I ordered Sports Afield magazine on April 7th and the charge of $56.97 was
posted on my credit card statement on April 9th. As of now, I haven't received any magazine from them. I don't have any order ticket as we just sent in a card for ordering the magazine. They charged it out right away but we haven't heard a word from them since.
My check # 1632 mailed [protected] and cashed by the magazine on [protected].
I have never received a magazine thereafter.
either magazine or refund is requested.
