Magselect.com Magazine Activation Voucher

I place order through a co-worker selling magazine service, Essence. I paid the $10.00 dollars, mail in the post card, it was return undeliverable. Return to sender. The postcard dated Jan 5,2022, was return 01/23/22 mark not deliverable at this address Magazines P.O. Box 62124 Tampa,Fl.[protected]

Desired outcome: I would love the magazine, but if not possible the $10.00 dollar refund

Magselect.com mag select

I ordered a voucher a year or so ago and forgot that I had it so when I went to go redeem it it says that the voucher number is fifteen characters long when the one in front of me has ten.
Just frustrating to think I threw 20 dollars in the trash. I would be shocked to get my magazines after seeing how many complaints there are about the website and the company itself.
You should be ashamed of the lack of services you are providing for those who have paid good money.

Magselect.com magazines sold for fundraising

I purchased limited issues of any magazine of my choice last oct/Nov? I mailed in the postcard to redeem early dec.no magazines recd. They have my email but you cant find any cust service phone numbers anyplace! Now I went back to website and put in the code on card..it says this was redeemed alrrady! I still have never recd one magazine! You are a huge RIP off! Blue dolphin is the place these almost daily emails come from. No cust service numbers there either.

We purchased a $20 voucher for a magazine of our choice to a fund raiser. The brochure showed the magazine we wanted. We finally got our voucher, however, the magazine selection is very limited and the magazine we wanted nowhere to be seen!

Magselect.com voucher

Whats the deal, I am unable to get to the website to order magazines. There are very few to choose from on the voucher, and I expect if I mail it in, nothing will happen. Good bye donation to school! I bought this in good faith to support my granddaughters school, thinking I would buy them a kids magazine. There are none on the voucher and now I find I can't even get the website to see what they have to offer. Is this a scam? Is the company kaput?

Magselect.com magazine voucher code

I purchased multiple magazine vouchers from our family friends childs school fundraiser. We spent a lot money thinking we were doing a good deed and helping the kids out. And we have always helped whenever their school has fundraisers, this is not the first time. The vouchers were sold from magselect.com. When I went online to redeem the codes on the vouchers at Magselect.com their site would not accept any of the codes. I tried repeatedly even changing the code from upper case to lower case as their website suggested. After many many unsuccessful attempts I got frustrated and I sent their customer support an email explaining the problem and asking for help. Well I am still waiting, but have not gotten a reply. Looks like we got ripped off, what a shame to know they are using kids fundraisers to run a scam on good hearted people.

Magselect.com voucher for highlights high five

The magselect.com website is broken. It won't let me click on the little circle for Highlights High Five. That is only magazine I bought the voucher for, and now there is no number to call (what is provided above is a copyright office, not MagSelect), nor is there an email, and at this point I am severely pissed off. I can't even use the mail-in voucher as there is no code on it available for Highlights High Five.

TEST YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU SELL THEM! STOP WASTING OUR TIME AND MONEY!

Magselect.com unable to select magazine purchased through fundraiser

I purchased two $40 prepaid magazine subscription vouchers for my grandchildren (Highlights and High Five). I went online today, December 23, 2017, to activate the code provided to me and a list of magazines appeared including Highlights and High Five. I can click and choose every magazine listed EXCEPT the Highlights and High Five magazine. When I try to choose those two, the site will not allow me to select the circle for those choices. I ONLY purchased the two $40 vouchers so my grandchildren can have subscriptions to Highlights and High Five.
I looked at the vouchers further and they stated that I can mail them in to activate my orders. When I looked at section #2 (Magazine Code Number) on the preprinted form provided as part of my voucher, it only offers five magazines, none of which are for children and none of which are Highlights and High Five.
I would like these two magazine subscriptions activated or my money returned so I can purchase them online from a different source which, by the way, is much cheaper than the $40 that I paid.

Magselect.com Magazine subscription

I ordered a magazine, through a school fund raiser. When no mag arrived, I phoned the school . The contacted magselect. Magselect sent me a paid vouch. I was to mail it in or go online to activate. I chose to go online. I chose the magazine I wanted. Next thing you know, I am receiving a bill from that magazine. I explained it was ordered with a voucher from magselect. They say to contact magselect. Do not order magazines from a school fundraiser using magselect.

Magselect.com No magazines received

I ordered This Old House through my granddaughter's school for a fundraiser in October of 2013, paid $20.00 and have not received an issue. I activated online when she delivered the card for me to complete. I was also suppose to received a free cooler tote with this order. This is not very good for the schools, because people will stop ordering from the students if they do not received what they paid for.

I prepaid for 2 magazines through a school fundraiser and have not received either of them. I did enter the code when I received it but

I paid for a subscription from my daughters fund raiser in school.I paid the $30.00 & then sent in the card. I haven't received any magazines as of yet.I paid for this in NOV. My card says the item is 5930. the magazine is People 17 weeks & free cook book, which I didn't receive either. The # for this is ZA5Z5 the company's name is Magselect Thank you Natalie Lagnese

Magselect.com Costs more to activate than promised

So I ordered $20 from a friends school fundraiser for www.magselect.com(in fundraiser it said $20 would be for TWO magazines) and when I went to activate, it only said I could pick one. I have tried calling for 4 at all the customer service numbers I can find to check on this, and every single voicemail states "all of our customer service reps are at a training. Thank you" and hangs up. Help!

Magselect.com Wrong Magazine

I ordered several magazines from a school fund raiser. A magazine I did NOT order is not being delivered to me. The magazines I did order have not arrived. The MagSelect website offers no option to contact customer service. I have no idea how to get this situation corrected.

I agree with Bicky. I also paid money for a subscription to help out my grandsons school fund raising event. What I received was two -ten dollar vouchers with a list of subscriptions to choose from and my initial choice is not on this list.
Why on earth did I have to bother to fill out the paperwork to begin with if they are only going to send you vouchers?

Magselect.com Sent to Wrong Address

My daughter's school had a fundraiser about six months ago. One item that was ordered was for a magazine voucher. It got lost, so I purchased another one for this person. They say they sent it to his address. About six weeks later, I called and explained everything, they told me about an online code. Which I used that day, because at that time he had waited several months already for this magazine subscription. Everything's takin' care of until yesterday when I recieve the magazine in a package. Now I have to contact the fundraisers to hopefully have it switched to the person it was intentionally for.

i bought a subscription through a local school as a fund raiser i got a voucher to pick my magazine and did all this on line and the magazine never arrived. now i cant get ahold of them to find out anything about the magazine that i already paid for.

Magselect.com my subscription

I received my voucher with a ten digit online code. I have scoured the web site but can not figure out where to use my code or make any inquires. I would think in designing the site, this would be important and therefore made more clear to a new customer.

I signed subscription with Olympic Heights Community High School back in September 2017, received card which I sent in online code HU02973450, it was mailed in. However this is the end of December I have not received my subsription. If I can't get my magazine please refund me. Please contact me so I can send copy of check and photo of online code.

just want to warn your customers to not subscribe to All You magazine-they send you 1 copy and that is all! they refuse to refund your balance. this had nothing to do with magselect .com, just a warning to the public

Magselect.com subscription

I ordered last January 2008 through a Elementary school 2 magazines with magselect. One was for 10 issues and one was for 20 issues. When I didn't receive my December Issue of the one with 20 issues. I called the phone # provided and the representative said that was the Double issue, he then double-checked and said the double issue would be January/February and that they would send me the December issue. I am waiting on that issue now December 19th.

I ordered a subscription for a magazine thru this company on or before May 2015, for a school fundraiser. As of this date ( October 6, 2015) I have not received the magazine. I have telephoned this company many times to report my not having received the magazine, They have assured me I would be receiving the magazine. I have never received the magazine. It is not a good thing to collect money for a service and not receive the merchandise. This company is a fraudulent. and I do not recommend ordering thru this ( www.magselect.com) company.

gym bag, which incidentally you are still advertising with various catalogs, I also ordered a blue
gym bag with the magazine Aliyou which arrived today, since the gym bags are for my grandchildren

Exact same thing happen to me when child brought home book voucher was shown something we wanted "TIME FOR KIDS". when i went online to order and find the magazine code, and to place an order, there was no place to put in the online code and only way for parents to order was for them to call. So i did and was then told that that offer was not good for TIME FOR KIDS and that i coudl use it for soemthing else. I DONT WANT SOMETHING ELSE, EITHER.

Magselect.com Take money and send nothing

In Feb. 2007, I ordered 3 magazine subscriptions from magselection.com: Time, Gardening Guide, and Gardening How-to. Time magazine started arriving about 16 weeks later, even though magselection says within 12 weeks. It's been about 16 months now. I've never received one single issue of the other 2 mags. Over a year ago, I emailed magselection many times regarding the nondelivery of my 2 subscriptions. They never answered any email. They will take your money and not send anything. They also use several other mag-selling websites, most of which are based in Florida. Google magselection.coms fax # [protected] and you will see their other sites that are all the same group of criminals.

The bilked me out of two years of a subscription. After receiving a notice that my magazine was running out, I tried in vain to contact MagSelection.com. Eventually I tracked this through a broker at priorityoneclearing.com who gave me the name of Anne Koch and phone number [protected] as the direct contact for my order. I have left messages, sent emails and tried my best to have someone help me with this from MagSelection.com. Additionally I filed a complaint against them with the DOJ and Better Business Bureau. Don't give up people - file complaints - and put these ### out of business.

I'm dealing with the same b***sh** myself. I order a 3-year subscription to Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine on Dec 2, 2007 for $30. I contacted them in April 2008 and again in May 2008. I finally got a return phone call and they said they would take care of it---which they have not. I called Kiplinger's again in early August 2008, only to find out they have not received any information from magselection.com. So, I sent another email to magselection's customer service, customerservice@magselection.com. If I had held my breath, I'd be dead. I'm not holding out hope. My next move is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/complaintlink.aspx.

Do NOT do business with these thieves.

Magselect.com No delivery

Within the past several years, one of my sisters has a few times ordered and paid for several gift subscriptions to magazines from this company (which until recently went by the name "MagSelect.com") for many family members at Christmastime. We each receive a yellow card in the mail wishing us "Season's Greetings" and advising that a gift subscription to a specific magazine will be sent to us within 6 to 12 weeks. The magazines never come and by the time anyone realizes it (usually, everyone forgets), it's too late for my sister to get her money back.

I have advised my sister not to deal with this company but apparently each time it's been long enough that she forgets and does so again.

It took quite some time searching the Web for the company's phone number, but whenever I call I receive a recording that the business is "no longer in service".

I have e-mailed customer service several times, only to be told, when I receive a response, that the company does not have any of the information needed to fill the orders (information used to send each of us a yellow card months before), and that I must provide them the names and addresses of each person, along with the name of each magazine to which my sister ordered a gift subscription.

Based on past experience as a small business owner and more than 30-plus years dealing with other, legitimate businesses, I found that only those companies later charged with fraud, etc., did not have working telephone numbers, did not reply to customer e-mails or faxes, had no "physical" address and did not retain records of orders or monies received.

The reason? The company never intended to provide the service or product for which orders and monies were received.

I purchased 2 magazine vouchers from my nieces' school. I am trying to redeem them as they expire July 31, 2020. The web site is gone and I have two useless vouchers that I paid $10.00 each for. I mailed in the $30 PRE-Paid Magazine Subscription Voucher on 1/17/19 for Coastal Living Magazine 30 Issues (3 years) Magazine Code ZBX42 (PAID-New Subscription)) and I have not received any Coastal Living Magazines in the mail that I have paid for.

I went on line November 28, 2010 an ordered a magazine through a school fundraiser . I have yet to receive the magazine. 1/25/11. I just called the number on the card [protected] an was told by Kim that they have recieved the order an that the Magazine's next issue is in March. I was told I should receive my magazine no later than 2/21/2011. The magazine is This Old House. I will keep you posted an let you know If I receive it. ( I also had forgotten i ordered it but my husband asked me why we had never received it yet.) I will keep you posted ! wish me luck!

I have ordered magzines from my grandkids from girl scouts the past two years I have yet to get a magazine. If you are not going to send out the magazines don't sell them. I ordered This OLd House, and Country.
