Madame Bridal Damaged dress

on 10/4/22, I purchased a $400 dress and it came to me damaged. It arrived, I opened the box, and discovered it is damaged. Hole in it, missing rhinestones, detailing actively peeling up and coming off. I sent 2 eamils, 2 text messages, leftb a phone message, and inbox messaged on social media. They are ignoring me, not responding at all, and have not gotten back to me in iover a week.

Desired outcome: refund

Madame Bridal Mac duggal sequined jumpsuit size 6

I recently purchased a size 6 Mac Duggal sequined jumpsuit from Madam Bridal using the Mac Duggal size guide. The day I received it I contacted Madame Bridal to arrange for a size exchange to an 8. Madame Bridal was difficult to reach and when they finally did email me back, their reply was disrespectful and arrogant: They refused to exchange or refund the Mac Duggal jumpsuit and this was their response:

“We always encourage our customers to order their actual size rather than a size or 2 smaller in the hopes that by the time they wear the garment they will fit in it. We will take up your case with the designer Mac Duggal.”

So, I posted a one-star review for Madame Bridal on Trust Pilot, Facebook, Yelp, Google Reviews, Trip Advisor, the Better Business Bureau, and Site Jabber.

I received a text on my cell phone and this email from Madame Bridal:

“Hi Jill, my name is Simon. I am the owner of Madame Bridal. I do want to start by saying that our response to your concerns was wholly inappropriate.

Therefore this is what I am proposing. Please return the jumpsuit back to our store.

I already refunded your account.

I further would like to do the following. I would like to send you the size that you are looking for at no cost to you.

I owe you another explanation...

We just follow Mac Duggals policy. In other words we pay for these dresses just like to pay us. And Mac duggal has no refund policy for individual stores.

In some intetances you can order directly from Mac duggal. In those types of situations Mac Duggal offers a full refund.

What happens now is we will take your jumpt suit back and put it in our inventory in hopes of selling it one day.

For all this we ask that if this offer is acceptable to you, please change your comments and your one star review on both sites.

To sum everything up.

Your account is fully refunded

You can return the jumpsuit to the address above

Tell me what size you will be needing as our gift

Change your review to a better one

I am copying the person in charge of our social media so he would make sure everything I promissed is done for you. Best Regards,”

So, in summary, Madame Bridal gave me terrible customer service and accused me of being delusional about my dress size. Then Madame Bridal saw my reviews: They refunded me and then offered to bribe me with another jumpsuit for free IF I WOULD CHANGE MY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. They asked me to lie to you so they could continue to provide shoddy service to the public. Look at the reviews for yourself. So many people have had the same issue with the company!

I hope this helps. And NO MADAME BRIDAL I WILL NOT CHANGE MY REVIEWS AND YOU CAN KEEP YOUR JUMPSUIT

Madame Bridal I don't recommend Madame Bridal.

I bought a pair of shoes for my wedding from this site www.madamebridal.com and received incorrect size ones. Their customer service rep was pretty nice to offer me a replacement. I followed their given instructions and sent the shoes back. They said it could take a couple of weeks to get another pair.
Unfortunately nothing ever arrived. It is now over a month and still nothing. Recently I spoke with their rep which assured me there is nothing to worry about, and that was all they said. They provided me with no information and I still have no idea where my order is and when will I get it. I don't recommend Madame Bridal.

Madame Bridal No information about order status

Ordered a prom dress for my daughter and received nothing yet. Called Madame Bridal customer care and they said that my order was already shipped and asked me to contact them in case of any issues. Well there are many bad reviews online about rubbish quality and stuff, but I can't say anything bad about the product itself since nothing arrived! Several weeks already passed and recently I contacted them again and was put on hold for about an hour! When I called for the second time they asked me to wait 10 minutes and this time I was put on hold for an hour and a half! Still no information about the dress! Seems like a scam.

Madame Bridal They delivered damaged dress

I ordered wedding dress from the website www.madamebridal.com. I got it on time, but it was torn in couple of places. It was really inappropriate, so I contacted the seller, who excused and promised to provide compensation. After that this jerk started to avoid me and ignored all my emails and complaints. Please, post comments about your things with them.

Madame Bridal Sizes are strange and rude seller

I ordered dress from the website www.madamebridal.com. I took dress for one size larger than mine, but it was still small for me. I called to the company and asked if they could change it, but the rep spoke in rude manner with me and refused. Total scam. I really advise you to be careful and their sizes are strange. So be aware and share your views about this company.

Madame Bridal Be careful – you won't get money back

My friend told me about the website www.madamebridal.com. She told me that she found a lot of useful for her wedding from this website. I also registered there and found the vendor of all necessary accessories. After that I placed large order and got all confirmation info, but the seller provided only some things and refused to return money. As well as no explanation was provided. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Madame Bridal Stay away from this seller

I bought wedding gown from the website www.madamebridal.com, but it wasn’t the same as on the picture. I contacted the seller and asked to repair it, and the seller promised to do it within 3 weeks. Later they only promised to repair it, and to send it back, but nothing. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing with this seller. Maybe you can provide any good piece of advice how to return money back. Thanks.
