Hi, I purchased the Mega vault 3.5" aluminium case for HDD. The site does not even exist when I go to register or update my drivers.

Above all, the darn thing does not work, which being the 2nd replaced unit after the 1st one shut down.

S***** cheap stuff I paid $ 40 for - will not recommend this mad dog multimedia products to any one.

The first product did not work. Its power cable was loose and cut off eventually broke. Returned it to the store - thank God they exchanged it - but what was I thinking - to buy another similar product? zeez. maan!!!

    Yep, I agree completely. Purchased a drive about 7 months and finally got around to "going" to their web site ... Oops nothing there. Tried the tech support phone number (801-607-4304) on the back of the manual and a machine refers you to a "new" number (916-543-7677). But upon calling that number you get referred to yet another number (619-994-4299). And ... when you call that number the message says it's a personal cell of "Mike's" and that the number has been given out incorrectly as a tech support line. Please don't leave messages. I think we're dead in the water with these folks? Lee
