Hello,
you will get a call from these people trying to sale you a coaching program that they claim will make you rich but you will not make a dime. The owners of the company are Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, and Derek Price. Their sales guys are RYAN MORGAN, SPENCER BARTON, BRANDON FITZGERALD, TIM DOWNING, JOSH, ZACH . They also don't pay their workers because they blow their money on weed and partying. Their original location was on stratler street and now have moved out of state because the State of Utah caught them doing business without a telemarketing license which is illegal. They will change their business name every 6 months so no clients will find them. Their previous names are cyber innovations, diverse marketing Google them their all operated by the same person. They will make you think you will become a millionaire but you won't make a dime don't invest your money into their company FILE A CHARGE BACK WITH YOUR BANK IF YOU HAVE ALREADY INVESTED INTO THEIR PROGRAM IT'S NOT TOO LATE YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THESE CROCKS .

Aaron Christner (who also goes by Vince Scarpuzzi) and his buddy Ryan Johnson (who also has an alias- Ari Schwimmer) are still up to their old tricks of scamming the unsuspecting. They have two new company names... Black Box Firm [protected]) and Keeping-it-fresh.com. If you want to be ripped off, join up with Black Box Firm- you over pay by factors of 100 for a simple website. If you just want to pay a lot of information you can get for free on Google, join Keeping-it-fresh.com. In both cases, it is the same old Ryan and Aaron, ripping people off with their scams. Again.)

They will charge you over $5000 just to make a simple wordpress website- takes them all of 10 minutes to do. They host it on a server with 10000 other sites, and charge 20/month to host it. Then they really start upping the charges. You want to keep up with SEO- 2000 here and 5000 there. At the end of the day, all you have is a simple wordpress site a chimp could make, and an empty bank account.

If you just want to pay a lot of information you can get for free on Google, join Keeping-it-fresh.com. For this scam, Aaron/Vinnie and Ryan/Ari will take you money to give you access to their incredible "library" of tips to make thousands on the Internets. The only problem is, these tips are worthless. Most are already available for free on the Google. Others are just outdated or outmoded. Most are all just common sense. None are worth the entry fee, much less the up charges you will get spiked with later on down the road. Once these two scammers get their teeth in you, they keep hitting you up for more.

In both cases, it is the same old Ryan and Aaron, ripping people off with their scams. Again.) Try liking up some of their old business names like Cyber Innovations and Mad Cow Productions. They have been closed down by the state of Utah for previous rip offs... so they just change their name and do it all again. Here is a good article on some of their past scams: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-801-312-1100/6 and here: http://www.bbb.org/utah/business-reviews/internet-web-hosting-companies/cyber-innovations-in-murray-ut-22246898

Leopards like this do not change their spots easily... and these particular leopards are the biggest scammers of all.
Also, this company The Black Box Firm is real good at not paying their bills. They do not pay their employees, they do not pay their vendors, they do not even pay their phone company (which is why their phone members changes a month or so ago). They rip off EVERYONE around them- their clients AND the people they work with. They are super scammers!

Oh, and the above "Outsider (z)"- that is Ryan Johnson, BTW. and thoughtuknew is OBVIOUSLY Aaron/Vince.

Aaron Christner & the rest of these folks are up & running in Boise at present, going under the name of Millenium Marketing Group, and this is the site that comes up when conducting a Google Search for them in Boise: http://www.coachingbydiverse.com/home

My kid's worked for them for a just over a month & they were late on the first pay period, but eventually paid, then they fell behind by 3 weeks and "paid" their employees last week with hot checks.

It would appear that they are continuing to run craigslist ads for reps despite being unable to pay the employees they currently have. Meanwhile apparently their merchant account has been frozen, their principal bank account has insufficient funds, and they can't even process payroll through QuickBooks Payroll because the credit card number used to pay for Intuit assisted payroll is no good any longer.

I might suggest that if you are owed money for goods, services, or bad checks from this "company" that you consider filing with the Idaho Dept. of Labor if you're an employee, the Boise police if they kited a bad check off on you, or the Idaho Attorney General's office if you're a consumer and they have failed to process your refund, or an affiliate that sent leads to them who they have failed to compensate.

Do it before they can BK the current LLC, change office lotations and come right back up under a new LLC name to do the same thing all over again.

Oh, and to the idiot who keeps posting the definition of "hate speech" in this thread- my comments are not at all directed at anyone for their religious affiliation, color, race, or creed so spare us your nonsense. Also, if you want to threaten folks with having your attorney come after them, then bring it on. You can't even pay your Hostgator account so I know you sure as heck can't afford an attorney.

From what I know about the operation of the company and that of the poster and yes I said poster (referring to most of these posts) is that most of the posts are from one individual who was fired from Mad Cow/Diverse Marketing. Chris Faung (Fong?), I have heard of you several times within the marketing/coaching circle. I'm sorry you don't belong in our industry but you are just a little kid who cant handle your own ego. Move on and stop slamming these guys. I have met both Aaron and Ryan and I can tell you that these guys are far from spammers and thieves. Some of the nicest people I have ever met have come from Level 11 so calling them crooks is slander and since you have posted openly on a forum, libel. I really feel sorry for you Chris, I'm sorry that you cant be a man and accept that fact you were apparently fired, after reading your posts I'm wondering why you did get fired. I might have to ask and find out what you were caught doing.

Defamation of character is the general term used to describe both libel and slander under one umbrella. The best defense from being convicted of defamation of character is "truth" according to the courts.

The concept of truth is mutually exclusive to defaming one's character since "truth" and "character" go hand-in-hand. The second component of defamation of character, according to most courts and jurisdictions, is the idea of "malice" on the part of the alleged defamer.

If the alleged defamer spoke or wrote fallacy instead of fact, fiction and falsehood instead of commonly accepted evidence, then this in and of itself is not defaming without malice. Malice aforethought is a legal term usually used to convict someone of first-degree murder. It means someone had cognizant intent before committing a crime. With defamation of character, this kind of malice must be proven as well.

According to a definition in die.net, "Malice is a stronger word than malevolence, which may imply only a desire that evil may befall another, while malice desires, and perhaps intends, to bring it about. Malignity is intense and deep-seated malice. It implies a natural delight in hating and wronging others. One who is malignant must be both malevolent and malicious; but a man may be malicious without being malignant."

When can defamation of character be malicious and not be considered defaming? If malicious and false statements are made towards an unidentifiable group of people or organization it cannot be considered defaming. For instance, saying "the flatulent cows are ruining the ozone" may be false, inflammatory and ill-willed toward the cows but no cow has been singled out as an identifiable victim. The same can be said of the statement, "All telemarketers are criminals!" Because a company or person has not been specified in this statement, the statement cannot be considered defamation of character.

Insults and epithets are also not considered to be defamation of character. Instead these are considered to be angry outbursts of emotion with no real content other than to show extreme dislike. Opinion is also not considered to be defamatory as long is it is clear that it is one's opinion which is being asserted and cannot be mistaken for an assertion of fact.

For those who believe they have been a victim of defamation of character, you can sue for both actual and punitive damages. The court or the jury can assess damages in such cases.

For instance, a person may wish to sue one of the credit bureaus for negligent and willful violations in a credit repair situation. Being turned down for credit because of false information on the credit reports can result in mental anguish and humiliation. Actual damages of this type can occur even if not out-of-pocket expenses are incurred. This happened in United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, Case No. 91-7142, John STEVENSON vs. TRW, April 1, 1993. Mr. Stevenson was awarded $30, 000 in actual damages, $100, 000 in punitive damages and $20, 700 in attorney's fees.

Defamation of character cases can be won, especially if good records are kept and actual damages can be assessed.

Just as background, I first received a call from "Chris, " who introduced himself and said I was referred to him by "Paul Walker." I had made a purchase online from Paul Walker a couple of days earlier - an internet marketing software. This call from "Chris" was a feeler call, to see if I qualify for a special mentoring program. He was satisfied that I do (of course!), and he put me through to "Ryan, " who would tell me the details.

"Ryan" was obviously a telemarketer-type, with a spiel and script that made his offer sound irresistible. He asked me how much I'd like to earn and how soon. He told me that what I wanted was no problem, and I'd be earning it within 3-4 months. I asked what his/their track record was, and he said "100%" (of course!). When he was satisfied that I was serious, I was put through to the "Billing Agent" to place my order for 12 months of mentoring.

As I said earlier, my first mentor flaked out after 2 months, and contact over those two months was sketchy at best. Further, he didn't teach me anything I didn't already know. He offered no "how-to, " no "walkthroughs" - nothing except "do this, go here, do that." He was always excusing himself from our sessions - kid's sick, I'm sick, and the one that got me - "I won't be available for the next week because they're relocating my office." I didn't hear from him after that. I got an e-mail from Level 11 apologizing, but "Mark" had left the company for personal reasons (uh-huh!).

One of the things "Mark" had promised me the first week was a complete written course outline and marketing materials, so we'd always be on the same page and be able to chart my progress. That would be the "curriculum" that to this day has not been completed or sent out. My latest mentor, Roger, apologized, saying "they're working on updating [it]." After six months they don't have and can't provide what they should have the first week?

Now, "Roger" has disappeared. Last I heard from him, 2 weeks ago, he was upset.

The money I was promised I'd be earning "within 3-4 months" hasn't happened; the materials I was promised haven't materialized; my SECOND mentor has vanished...

I'm pursuing this matter through proper channels, so please don't tell me I'm a crybaby wasting time here. It's never a waste of time to help others avoid trouble, or learn from mistakes.

And sometimes you just need to vent :-)

Thanks for your time.

Make no mistake about it: Level 11 Mentoring is not worth a plug nickel. I quote from their website:

"In addition to working with our specially-trained mentors on the phone we provide training videos, extensive written and printed curriculum, webinars, newsletters, and conference calls. The information you need to make progress on your business is available when you need it, not just during our hours of operation."

I received absolutely none of the above, except for the contact with my "mentor, " who was a musician by profession (?). There were no marketing materials, no extensive printed curricula, no webinars, no videos, no newsletters - no nothing.

Over the course of the past six months, I've had two different "mentors." The first one left after a couple of months. The company cited "personal reasons." It took a month to get a second "mentor, " and now, he is suddenly not available. And no one is available "after hours., " to give help "when I need it."

The "company" I actually signed up with, and paid, turned out to be Mad Cow Productions,
LLC/ Communication Corporation/Universal Consulting/Apply Knowledge - not Level 11 Mentoring.

They said they were in Utah, but the company/companies above are in Tampa, FL. Now, I see that Level 11 is in Boise, Idaho.

They are definitely hiding something. I am not personally blaming them for my own stupidity. I should have known better. But I don't see the validity of any argument that they aren't a scam, and I caution anyone who hears from any of those companies, turn and run!

Wow... Stumbled across this site. Totally uninvolved, but I'm just amazed people spend this much time talking about other people and their business. Out of curiosity I researched all the links on this page, and you guys are sad. Can't anyone just mind their own business anymore. Side note: anonymous guy has a point: I have yet to hear anything about actually clients of theirs. This is a he said she said match, and with that I think you guys without something better to do should find something. Pretty pathetic we are in a state of need as a nation and this kinda crap takes front and center.

PS I had a very civil and helpful conversation with one of their reps which is how I found this. They have nothing to hide, they are just sick of outside judgement. I called back and asked for several people that supposedly work there, and I didn't find any Spencer, Aaron, Zach, Brandon, Ryan, I found a Chris, but they seemed confused I was asking for them. I seriously think you guys have these people mistaken for someone else. Just my two cents...

Chris,
I am just am just a outsider (z) looking at your comment and the ones listed above and they make me chuckle a little bit, I must admit!

I have no affiliation with this company, I do know plenty about this coaching industry and find these threads are comical to follow!

I think your tall tale is a little fabricated from hearing other things throughout this industry in Utah and other posts!

You're surprised about these individuals and their company having minimal [redacted]s? From the looks at it, it only seems people who quit their employment there or claim to been fired there have issues with these guys? Customer or consumer complaints seem very minimal and are far and few in between!

I would say this sounds more like upset ex-employees and jaded lovers giving them their support! It sounds like their clients are taken care of for the most part!

Now lets really get into your post and comments lol!

So you worked there a full year from 2009 huh? Well why now in 2011 are you speaking up and going after these people? Also if you made this company so legit like you suggested, why a few sentences later you state and I quote: "they have not made good with any of the previous clients"

I thought you cleaned up and made the biz legit? That makes absolutely no sense!? I did research on not only the people and companies above but I researched you too Chris and found out they paid you 20$ an hour to clean that up?

I also discovered you said that you didn't want to coach their "dumb clients anyway" and you left because you were mad about your pay being cut from 20$ an hour down to like 12$ or 13$ an hour lol.. Because you wouldn't coach and I quote "their dumb clients anymore"! lol

Also I heard they gave you full medical and health insurance while your wife was pregnant and you do have 5 kids right?

I am sure you took full advantage of those things, only to quit on "your legit biz that you personally turned around"? and the clients that you seem so much to care about by posting this hahaha!

Sounds like to me someone is just upset their pay got cut because you couldn't perform maybe? Not sure what the full story is? again just an outsider doing research!

I did research on these guys as well: Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, and Derek Price, (along with the executives, Spencer Barton and Ryan Morgan)

All your information is old an outdated! Which means it's more than likely fabricated and your story has holes everywhere!

Now to cover your 1, 2, 3 listed below:
1) I am stating it again :Your info is outdated and false!

2) I did research on Glen Minson-- He sounds like a scam and a crook himself! I found claims of him taking bribes, working settlements "out of court" and much more:
/URL removed/
/URL removed/
Thrive Learning Institute — Requesting a Refund
Thrive Learning Institute — Requesting a Refund.html

Hell if you asked me, I would say Glen was involved with Mark shurtleff and his Scam! Mark is the new Attorney general in Utah!

They both worked in the division at the same time ironically, and both know this industry so well! Guilty buy association anyone? Just like Chris Reid is guilty by association? BRIBE TAKER!
http://saltydroid.info/mark-shurtleff-attorney-general-of-mlm/

SO I wouldn't trust Glen or the Consumer Protection Division of Utah as far as I could throw them! I really really wouldn't doubt you get a take in the bribe as well Mr. Christopher Reid [protected]! Maybe a bribe payout or referral for pimping out Glen's name and the state of Utah!

You are an affiliate marketer right? Same scenario Chris gets part of the take down or affiliate commission with the state for trying to fine them and lie about false promises to clients?!

3) Speaking of promises, You heard them give promises that aren't in compliance with the State of Utah? HMMMMM

A few lines down you said they are no longer in Utah? So then how are they in violation with Utah? Or once again is this just you making stuff up to get part of your bribe from the state?

Also if you haven't been there since 2010 how do you know they are still doing this or still pitching that way if in fact they were pitching promises like that to begin with?

I hear you stole their company information and tried to go to Glen with it? SO in fact you are getting part of the bribe money?

Hey Chris isn't coaching/ mentoring usually a self based effort program? Can you guarantee anyone will make money in any business? Either these guys your speaking about above are completely ###ed to so called "pitch promises" or you are fabricating your story!

-- Which I think you are fabricating for a bribe? But we can let everyone else decide! The Writing is on the wall! lol

In the end Being and outsider reading your post, I think you're a typical morning f*** based out of Utah! It seems the devious and scandal-is people seem to be very very religious especially the Mormons like Mr. Christopher Reid, Mr. Glen Minson and all the other judgmental, fraudulent LDS Mormons in Utah!

Does anyone else see the trend of these dirty, lying sac-religuous Mormons in Utah?

Utah just passed legislation to eliminate people like Chris Reid and Glen Minson for Affinity Fraud because they use Religion as their front read this story: http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=148&sid=14233858

Believe what you want, at the end of the day I see a nice white lie produced by Chris Reid!

If you do have issues with these people Chris has mentioned above! Try contacting them? I know they are still sitting there in Murray everyday and everyone thinks they relocated! lol.. Which Far from right so get your facts straight Naive Mormon!

They hide their identity so the government wont find them, they have a virtual office set up in Florida which forwards all of their mail from there to their real address in Boise Idaho so the government wont find there but their real location is in Boise Idaho they also do this with their Florida are code . They just try to hide from the government since their wanted in different States. Yes they actually had to move out of Salt Lake City Utah because they were under investigation for not having a telemarketing license so they moved their scam business to Boise Idaho.

The cancellation address to get your refund belong's to Expert Locks. I called them and confirmed that it is not affiliated with Mad Cow or Millenium Marketing Group. The contract is completely BOGUS! Has anyone contacted the FBI and report Internet fraud and scam by this company and its owners? It all sounds like the truth I worked there and I am still owed more than I was paid and now they have left the state or so I have read. They have bounced multiple checks to me and all they do is lip service when confronted. Run from any company owned or operated by this Aaron Christner and Ryan Jensen. They frequently change the company name for many reasons but most importantly how can you track a company that changes its name every 4 months.

I too got a call from this number three days after I registered with thelegitonlinejobs.com. I talked to a Hunter Smith and Ryan Morgan. I was on the phone with them for almost two hours. At first I thought they were associated with thelegitonlinejobs.com but my caller ID showed Diverse Marketing. It was like an interview trying to sell me a lucrative business selling products and services over the internet. They offered an 8 week training and that I would recover the investment cost. If not, then they offered a warranty for another 8 week training to recover the cost. I sent in my letter within the three day period to cancel my order(according to their contract. I found out (via the BBB of UT) that Murray Business Licencing office didn't show a listing on them for a business licence in their city. I gave the clerk their address and this phone number. The clerk said she'll send them a letter to do so. These scam folks also have a toll free number [protected].

This guy spent way too much time trying to scam me. He got very argumentative with me but I wore him down. He ended up calling me names and telling me I was ignorant. He pretended to put other people on the line and told me others had been listening in. He hung up on me after saying the "F" word, only to call back claiming to be cut off. Our last communication was him leaving a message on my phone advising me to take my meds! Jason Palmer, Aaron Khristner were two names he gave me as being his. Basically what they do is record you giving your information so then later they can cut/paste an audio file of you agreeing to $1000's in charges (since they already have your credit card) and they claim they gave you bogus money-making coaching. I would like to shed some light on the matter. The "products" sold by Mr. Christner are nothing more than free information you can get on the internet. He simply over-inflates the price by 10000%(Not kidding). This resembles the same methodology utilized by other calling floors in Utah that operate under the radar. The "coaching" companies are nothing but a bunch of 18 year old kids reading off a pamphlet.
They use companies such as Thrive Learning Institute, Applyki, Focus, Tafiti consulting, Bright Builders, etc. Once they get enough complaints through the BBB, they change their company name and start fresh. Using a DBA (Doing-Business-As) to hide your true record is pretty simple. (Diverse Marketing, Level 11 Mentoring, Cyber Innovations, are a few examples of Aaron’s DBA)

They always say they are calling about information you ordered from “EBay”/”Google” in order to catch your attention. ( Called the “HOOK”. Catching your attention with a false premise) Typically they do not mention their actual company up front since they hold no credibility.

Their whole pitch is based on making you feel you are ignorant as can be and you need THEIR help to succeed. (Eliminate learning curve, trial & error)………………Yeah right. If you ever hear you need to “qualify” for their program, I suggest you hang up and consider a different route.

DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY A LOW LIFE. Use the law which is in your favor. (BBB, FTC, FBI-internet crime division, Utah AG )

Selling garbage to people is not illegal.

False interpretation is.

Aaron Christner was indignanat when accused of theft.
Taking something that does not belong to you, offering a worthless mentoring programme, guaranteed support until you get your money back etc... After three years, I have still to hear about or see a programme which is workable and not just read off a prompt sheet.
No, I did not get my own money back and was not given the means to do it either.
I did not get the opportunity to get off my lazy a*** and talk the talk.
The programme is worthless and totally non functional.
The basic tenets of proper teaching and mentoring are missing.
All this adds up to fraud and outright theft.
Aaron, it is sad but face up to the fact that this is theft and you ARE a thief!

I have filed with the labor commission in utah also the Murray city police department for not making good on checks they issued me back in May of 2010, and the unemployment office. Also Work force Services. Then to top it off Fraud complaint boards? I am reading they don’t even pay their employees. This is sounding like a thief that should be put in jail. Why are the police not taking action? I guess for the same reason we pay for the police twice in Utah once in state taxes and again in a bill you receive in the mail. Aaron Christner, Ryan Jensen, and Derek Price. They sound like ###! [redacted] has a lot of negative information about them and so does the BBB also the attorney general as well from my understanding. Don’t let it happen to you run for these guys if approached by phone or any other way. Their sales guys are RYAN MORGAN, SPENCER BARTON, BRANDON FITZGERALD, TIM DOWNING, JOSH, ZACH . level11mentoring.com, mad cow productions, Diverse Marketing, Simplified Marketing LLC, are just a few names of companies they have had in about 12 months. These guys lived in other states and it makes me think this is a pattern.
