Macy's ryan seacrest dress shirt rsd101ra065 $75.

I wanted this particular shirt for a dinner party. Since they did not have it in my size in the Annapolis, MD store, they ordered it on line and had it sent to my home. When it came it was folded shoulder to shoulder and then folded over rather than the way dress shirts traditionally come. When I opened it I discovered that the second button below the collar was missing and there was a tear in the fabric where the button was attached. Obviously the shirt was a return or on display and carelessly handled. Since it was too late to return it, I had to wear it with a necktie covering the missing button and tear. I am extremely disappointed that any Macy's personnel would send a quality product in this condition. Fortunately there are other options in our area.

Macy's purse

I purchase a Duney &Burk on Nov23 2017, Macy have a policy for 180 days I went to the store two times finally the manager on duty after driving 1/30 to get there told me it was wear and tear from putting my purse down but is leather and it almos new how can the outside lining bottom get like old and ruin, I call back to see if I can get the email for the store manager and it was denied, did not know when she was going to be in the Waldorf Charles county store. I left my name and number I still haven't heard from them this a bad customer service. I call the 1800 number and complain but they just put a note in the system and they can't do anything because I bough it in the store .

Macy's macy's return policy

I just found out that Macy's returns policy changed in November 2018 to 180 days (from 365) from date of purchase. I was informed by Macy's customer service that this applies to purchases made prior to the policy change. This was done without any notification to its customers. Although it may be Macy's right to do this, they are only hurting their loyal customers.

Macy's worry no more plan

When you purchase a warranty from a brand/company like "Macy's" you would hope they would back their product, not the case here. I purchased a couch from Macys that was over $3, 000.00, with the "worry No More" plan of $368.00. I was totally scammed on this plan from the agent, telling me basically everything was covered, even my worst nightmare, that actually happened.
I have owned the couch for 13 months. The past two weeks we had some pretty bad storms. On the last day of the storms my wife had left the door open from a separate part of the house, where the dog stays while we are at work. Unfortunately, my dog was able to get into the living area, and muddied the couch, for a few hours, in and out, see pic. We had Furniture Solutions Network (Contracted through Macy's) come out to inspect, and to do a cleaning. Well, the guy from Furniture Solutions comes over with a "spot cleaner" machine and says it would take him all day to clean, he would have to check to see if they had a bigger machine and come back. Several days later I call the Warranty Company for an update. It turns out the company is not going to honor the couch warranty because it needs an entire cleaning, not just a "spot" cleaning. It turns out that my "Worry No More" plan doesn't cover my worst nightmare, not even close.

Macy's furniture-recliner

On December 7, 2010, I purchased a recliner for $789.00 and had trouble from the day of delivery. I had it repaired 3 times, then I demanded a new chair. The new recliner was delivered in December, 2014 and I am having the same. problem. The foot piece keeps breaking off on one side. I am supposed to have an 8 year warranty but because the chair was replaced, the eight year warranty has expired. Macys will not honored the warranty from the new chair of y2014. I was given a phone number for Natuzzi, to have my chair repaired. I have placed 4 calls to Natuzzi, having to leave a voicemail because no one ever answers the phone. No one has ever called me back. Macys does not stand behind their products. I also stopped using my Macys charge due to always having errors on the statement and getting India when I call to complain. Thank God for Paypal.

Macy's unethical behavior

I have always had my Macy's online account on automatic pay. On November 4th, 2017 I discontinued the auto pay as my account was at zero balance. The following month in or around December 13-15th, 2017, I made some online purchases using my Macy's credit card. I had guests from overseas for Christmas and completely forgot to go back online and switch back on my automatic pay. As a result, I missed my January 26th, 2018 payment. Five days later, on Jan 31st, I received a call from Macy's asking me to make a payment. I immediately went back online and put my account back on automatic pay stating an amount that was much higher than the minimum required. As a result, by March 2018, my account was again at zero balance. However, what I did not know was that Macy's reported my late payment (which was late by 5 days) to a credit bureau which resulted in 30 points being taken off my credit score. I was on the verge of getting pre-approved for a housing loan (I am a single mom and this is our first house) and this seriously affected my chances of getting the pre approval. In fact, the entire process has been cancelled as a result and our dream of owning a home destroyed. I called 4 times and have spoken with 4 different customer service reps plus account supervisors who ALL refused to reverse or change my credit rating despite my begging them to do so - as I clearly did NOT try purposefully or deliberately to not pay my Macy's card.

Macy's unethical behavior

They charge a $2 minimum interest fee on a ZERO DOLLAR balance. This is the second time I have payed my balance in full before the due date only to have the next statement show up with this charge. This is a scam! They even have an automated response to clear the the charge without speaking to customer service. They are fleecing people who don't pay attention to the line items! Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit against them.

Macy's rude cosmetics salesladies.

Dear Macy's, I was shopping at Macy's Arden Mall, Sacramento, Ca. at 1:20pm today 1/21/2018, and I went to the Chanel Perfume Dept. to ask the saleslady for a sample of Madamoiselle. She told me to go to another fragrance dept. & ask someone else. I then went to the Clinique Dept. and a different saleslady acted like she did notice I was standing there. She handed me a miniture jar and said to go ask the same Chanel lady to put the sample in that container. When I went back to the Chanel counter, to ask for the sample, that saleslady replied, "I don't know what happened to the bottle of Madamoiselle spray" so I can't give you a sample". I think these salesladies were very rude and didn't treat me in a courteous manner all behind a simple sample. They never give samples and I seen them in those big drawers. The salesmen are more nicer than the salesladies and I'm a woman. Please remind salespeople that are representatives of a great store as Macy's to remember kindness because without satisfied customers, folks can go shop elsewhere.

Macy's credit services

Macy's department stores national bank showed that I had a $6 credit on my bill and eventually they sent me a check in that amount. I cashed the check and then they had the nerve to try and charge me interest on the money they owed to me! A customer service representative reversed the charge but this was not the first time I have had to call and correct their mistakes. I have closed my account and will not be opening up an account with macy's ever again. With this lack of professionalism and customer service, I can see why macy's is not surviving the retail business!

Macy's fraud alert

I called in today to advise Macy's of a fraudulent inquiry done on me less than a month ago. Instead of offering assistance, I'm forced to go through the credit bureaus, even though someone as stolen my identity. The representative was kind and even admitted this process seems jaded. Instead of helping, it's clear that they're not in the business to do that. I should not have to go through a credit bureau when the application HAD TO BE submitted to Macy's from the very start! Macy's fraud prevention process is completely asinine! Experiencing this, I'm very disappointed in this company.

Macy's clinique holiday gift box

While ordering Clinique products, I was encouraged to buy more in order to qualify for the bonus offer. So I purchased $75 worth of Clinique products in order to qualify for the holiday gift box. I didn't receive it. I contacted customer service who informed me that it's no longer available. It says 'while supplies last'. This bonus offer is still being advertised on the Macy's mobile app. If there's no supply, then it shouldn't be offered. This is false advertising.

Macy's picking up item

On 12/11/17, I returned 2 items back to Bridgewater Common location. I than had my friend set everything up for me to pick up a scarf, which she did successfully . The cashier at the customer service desk did my return, however she wouldnt let me pick up my friends scarf, who put me as the pick up person. Two managers, Angelia and Karen treated me like a criminal for a 26 dollar scarf, and it clearly started I was the pick up person, than stated my Macy card was not evidence that it was me, however I was permitted to do 2 returns minute earlier . I than asked if they would stop with their racial profiling, because iam a valuable customer, finally she asked me to get bar code from my friend, which I did, the joke was still on me because, they stated they couldn't take the bar code. I asked to speak to another Manger, Gary who completely finalize for a Macy card holder to pick up item

Macy's unauthorized credit card charges

On 11-24-17 I ordered several towels from macy's.com. When the order arrived, they sent 2 blue bath towels instead of 2 pink bath towels. The rest of the order was correct. I called customer service. They said to send the blue bath towels back and they would send me pink ones. About a week later I started getting emails that they had shipped my re-order, first for 4 pink hand towels, a couple of days later for 2 pink wash cloths. Each email said that if I didn't return the original towels, I would be charged for the new ones. I replied to each email that I never asked for these re-orders, I just wanted 2 pink bath towels. About a week later I received 2 more emails informing me of new re- shipments of hand towels and wash cloths. I called customer service again and they said they couldn't send me the bath towels and I need to send all of the unwanted towels back or I will be charged for them. I have an injury and can't drive or walk now so getting to UPS will be very difficult. I told them that I would be happy to give the unwanted towels to someone if they sent them to my house but they said it would be too expensive so it was my responsibility. I never authorized these extra credit card charges and I don't think I should have to hire a taxi to go to the UPS store because macy's decided to send me 4 extra orders of towels. I don't want macy's to send me any more towels and I want them to delete the extra charges to my account. I will be happy to give the unordered towels to them if they send someone to my house within a reasonable amount of time.

Macy's jewelry department

On Sunday, December 2, 2017, I purchased a set of toddler earrings for my two-year-old. When I tried them on my daughter the backs did not screw on properly. They were loose. I went to the store that I purchased them from in hopes of exchanging them for the exact same pair . The other pair they had was also defective and the backs did not screw on properly. At that point I requested the item be returned. They advised me that the item could not be returned although it was defective, that it can only be exchanged.The only other pair of the exact same item was also defective and they refused to return the earrings that were never worn or used. The sales associate was Anne and the manager was shasita.

Macy's my gift card

I have sent information twice, so it is obvious, you are just giving me
the "run-around."
I have written several times about the handling of my gift card balance.
No one notified me that you changed your policy and that the balance was
no longer available to me, because you charged me each year for the
time that I did not put my card to use. It was worth only @20.18. What I am provoked about is that you kept taking money away from me as the
4 or 5 years passed by. But you failed to tell me what was transpiring.
That is not a fair way to treat your customers.
After much checking at Macy's the manager told me that as of 2014, the policy changed and that I now have zero balance. I felt quite chagrined and embarrassed that happened. Isn't there a better and more sensitive way to treat your customers? Macy's used to be one of my favorite stores. Not any more. It's not the Hudson's, Marshall Field's, or Macy's where I used to spend many happy shopping hours from the time I was a teenager.
You will not ever be recommended by me in the future and I shall tell my
friends about this incident. Sincerely, Grace Scola

Macy's ruby earrings order # [protected]

I purchased these earrings on 11/13/17, one came without a diamond stone, so I called customer service and they were going to send me the a new one, I accepted and waited, today UPS delivered the earring to wrong address, I use to live in 309 Walnut Hill and Macy's knows my new address which is 124 Walnut Hill, the first earrings came to 124, why would macy's send the second earring to the old address, now I'm left without the earring because I don't know where UPS left the package, they say it was delivered but where. I do not want these earrings anymore, this has cost me to much trouble. I want full refund or credit.

The coat I received had to rips on the coat its a guess puffer coat in man's . Executive Sales Manager for Macy's on Maui, Victor Juliano Lomeli, posted the following derogatory comment about Macy's customers on his facebook page:
A customer told me I looked tired today and I quickly replied, "so is your outfit"... Oops, My bad 🤷🏻‍♂️

I find this behavior offensive and disrespectful, I have been a loyal Macy's shopper for many years.

Macy's customer service

Went to the store in Corpus Christi on November 24 to buy luggage in the Black Friday event. Waited in line for a long time because employees were very slow checking people out. One customer bagged their own items because they were embarrassed at how long it was taking and felt bad for the customers in line. We almost got to our turn to checkout and heard one of the cashiers say that they could only accept cash and Macy credit. Seems kind of funny to me that they can take Macy cedit but no other credit cards. Seems to have been a ploy to get out of giving Black Friday prices cause we did not have time to go get cash and come back. No one said anything to anyone in line to let them know that credit cards weren't working. Waste of time. J.C. Penney had what we needed and graciously took our credit card.

Macy's customer service

I went shopping on Black Friday and waited 45 minutes in line but when I reached the counter, Macy's system is down and they're not accepting any credit card or debit card. Nobody peaannounced that the system was down, customer will only know it once they're ready to pay that they're not accepting credit/debit card and only accepting cash. They put the items on hold and I told them I'll be back in 10 mins to get cash and was told that I need to go back in line. It was not my fault that system was down. If it's my fault, I don't mind falling in line again. It will take an hour to wait in line again. There should be a Macy's associate announcing to people on line that they're only accepting cash so that they can go out on line. That was a very frustrating experience. Falling in line twice for an hour each is ridiculous specially when it's not a customers fault.

The same thing happened to us. we just left our items and went to jcpenney. to the poster above... someone should have told everyone in line that they could not accept cards as payment plain and simple and it doesn’t matter if it’s black friday or not. smh
