And poor and worst customer service he is saying "jo karna hai karo"...this is poorest and arrogant customer service ever faced... They do not any offices any nodal offive where could reach... I don't know they are selling products with proper customer service jo karna hai karo wala attitude...
Mac V is cheating with customers. They are selling plastic frames with metallic finish and are very poor in quality. My sunglass (Rs 2900) got broken in within 3 months. When I went to the shop they clearly denied for any help and not even talking to me. They told me call customer care. But they have no customer care. The company should be banned from India.

You fail to describe how your sunglasses broke. Whether they just cracked spontaneously (which sounds highly unlikely) or whether it happened due to being added unreasonable force or pressure. In the latter, you cannot blame the company because they are not selling toughened glass eyewear. It's sturdy but in the end its breakable. Even RayBans would break. Had it been a manufacturing defect or if you had received the product with the defect, you could blame the company.
I am assuming the customer service rep was trying to explain the same thing to you, but if you were unreasonable then the rep had good grounds to not process your complaint. His being rude is unprofessional (not unforgivable) as that puts the company under bad light. But remember you dealt with one of him, he has to deal with hundreds like you, everyday.
