McMillan Academy of Law is ran out 4670 Nebo Drive, La Mesa, McMillan Law Firm is operated by Scott McMillan attorney in La Mesa uses the same address for his office. I have looked on the state bar website and do not see any students have passed the state bar. This makes sense since a law school review site says no students exist at the McMillan Academy of Law. So after 10 years, the law school has no students? Is this just a front for a tax write off? www.mcmillanlaw.us

Scott McMillan, The_McMillan_Law_Firm_La_Mesa, filed what appears to be a false declaration alleging federal agents victimized him, stole property, and vandalized property. If true, no doubt the agents could be charged with crimes, but have not. Scott McMillan's declaration says in part,

“I believe that ATF agents took the missing unfinished lower receivers as what they perceive as “war booty.” As the ATF agents as a group had already internally dehumanized my client and his company, stealing Lycurgan’s property was no different than vandalizing the premises at National City. Although the agents were sworn to uphold the law, they found neither act particularly morally repugnant, and both in some way gratifying. Although the damaged store cannot be unvandalized, certainly the “war booty” can and should be returned.”
