Warning to anyone who does business with Mac-Pro:
I've used this store several times over the years. My first experience was good, although the owner of the store Mike really rubbed me the wrong way. My second experience with this establishment was not the greatest. My third was just horrible. I won't go into details. Setting my owner personal experiences aside I made the mistake of telling several of my friends to buy from this store.
The reason I would not recommend this store is:
1. I sent my neighbor to buy a used Mac from this store - she had problems with it and they would not fix it. She later took the computer to Apple - they fixed it for free.
2. My brother traded in a great system and upgraded - they highly overcharged him and he also had problems with the computer down the line.
I would suggest reading the reviews here - and taking them into account before taking your business to this store.
As for the owner of this establishment - I highly suggest you take what people are writing here to heart. Instead of making threats to customers who are writing negative reviews - I suggest offering a coupon or asking for a chance to right your wrongs. It's time you clean up your act. Dozens of complaints and unhappy customers and the best you can do is make excuses.
