Mac Cosmetics it's been over 3 month and no communication

May Name is Sandy Whitaker and I am a customer for the past 15 years buying products and wearing them. I am very please with the products and proud wearing them, however the customer service manager at our store in the Cayman Islands main store down town is not courteous and helpful. All she can talk about is the previous manager is no longer here. You don't trow one of you employee under the bus, work together to provide the best customer service support you can . 2018 have been a very tough time for me and my daughter have given me a gift certificate which she paid in cash for me to get some makeup supplies. This certificate was purchase on the 23 December 2017 for $180.00 and had to be used before the 23 of December 2018. As I mentioned its been a rough year with my illness . I went into the store this morning to purchase some make up and because the certificate was expired on the 23 December 2018. The customer service manager could not even be courteous and used her digression into the matter. She was loud and not helpful. I was very embarrassed leaving the store. The other two young ladies who assisted me was very professional and helpful and did apologize several time for that I purchase the produce I needed . All I am asking is although the certificate expired just two weeks ago, could you please look into this for me and see if i could used my certificate? please . Thanking you in advance. God bless!

Mac Cosmetics customer service at macy's towson

I am from Trinidad and Tobago but I normally visit with family in the USA for Thanksgiving or Christmas I have been saving up my empty containers and didn't realize I needed six I had five the rep was very short she was like no you must have six I said to her I traveled all the way from Trinidad with these bottles there was no budging. Ok I still need to replenish my products so I purchase my Nw 46 foundation and my NW 45 powder and a setting spray. I found the agent was very short she asked is that All her attitude made me decide not to buy any additional supplies as I normally get my eye pencils and mascara.
I felt As though she was rushing me an there was no other customers at the time please note I did also le5 her know I felt rushed. My cousin who was with me at the time also noted that the service wAs not warm.
Please have this addressed as I had several questions About my eye pencils and didn't even bother

Mac Cosmetics exchange/return

Tried to make in store exchange with an online purchase. I was incorrectly informed by an associate that was behind the counter. She then spent 30 minutes on the phone attempting to make an exchange. The associate then told me that I cannot keep my products because the exchange request was already made. I was completely confused and I asked her to cancel watever request she made until I can actually make the exchange/return. She then stated "that she was doing me a favor by calling customer service for the return. I then called while still in store and then she gave me my items back. Employee was extremely rude and gave me incorrect information and refused to return to me my items.

Mac Cosmetics studio fix compact c4

I purchased a compact 7/29/18. It started to crumble from the middle. I have a MAC brush set and never dropped it. I was never able to carry it in my purse because it was falling apart. Impossible to get help at Dillard's where I purchased it. They make me feel stupid. Loyal to MAC ! Not looking for a handout. This has never happened to be before with this product.

Mac Cosmetics case id: [protected] return products for exchange. no email lost products.

Return products via reply paid address thru Australia Post. Sent on the 6/9/2018.
Emailed customer service 4 times no reply or email back.
Called customer service number 10am Perth time no answer and cannot get thru, Stupid voice and hangs up.

Mac makeup is so expensive and you would think that customer service would live up to the brand name but CUSTOMER SERVICE and YOUR Return emails and follow ups are really really the worst.

Going back to purchasing FROM BOBBI BROWN COSMETICS.

BET MY PRODUCTS ARE LOST $113 worth.

Mac Cosmetics mac makeup

Hi, I traveled yesterday from Oslo to Belgrade and as alway I stop at the Mac store for some make up . I asked her to give me the best coverage one and she gave me the product with name ( next to nothing face color ) . The product is oily and I told her that I have oily skin and today I try it and is very very bad . I don't know if they wanted to sell the specific product or the girl had luck of knowledge but now is useless for me to keep it . Is new and I try just a small portion of one klick . Please let me know what I can do in this case . I was expecting as always a professional person that will help me so I trust her opinion as always to with Mac . Mac Cosmetics waterproof mascara wand breakage

I have now had 5 to 6 of the mac waterproof mascaras (black & teal packaging) all that i have had the wand starts to crack where the threads end. Since this is very expensive mascara i have tried everythjng to save the product from drying out. I have used tape and super glue to try and keep air out of the product. I am very careful to screw and unscrew the wand toward the bottom and not over tighten, but nothing i do seems to help. The wands continuously crack. It is a shame. I love the mascara but due to the packaging cracking i will be forced to find another brand.

Mac Cosmetics service was horrible

I went to the local Macy's that had the Mac cosmetics. The sales lady was so beyond rude and so worried about texting on her cell phone she would not assist me. Mac is the only makeup I use and I'm beyond upset as I left the store so upset i never even purchased anything. The foundation, bronzer, blush and eyeshadows I needed to purchase for myself and gifts for my bridesmaids needed to be purchased today. I needed things kinda quickly and I had a list but she just shrugged me off and wouldn't help. I complained to Macy's and they said I needed to complain to mac because they are a sub leased out company. So hopefully you can help me because I'm so hurt and beyond upset. Now I have to think of different gifts for my bridesmaids instead of makeup gifts. Please email me at deanna.[protected]@gmail.com

Parks Mall Arlington, TX. My girlfriend booked appointment 2 weeks prior to our event. We went in asked a few questions and they proceeded to do her make-up first then mine. The young lady who did my make-up was very pleasant and very sweet. After she completed my make-up. I was shocked how different I looked. When I instantly seen my face I thought drag queen. I never said a word. My girlfriend said she liked it since she was paying for it I still said nothing. FYI it was my birthday and I was going to a Ball. After she kept asking me I said it is different. The Manager came from behind the counter and said to me if you don't like it just wash it off. I felt like she was being extremely rude. Not just to me but the artist. After it was all said and done my friend goes to check out and the manager wanted to charge us more than what the young lady quoted us in person and over the phone. The difference was eyelashes. The manager demanded us to take off the lashes in front over several customers if we were not going to pay the additional fee. I never said one word and I was treated like a common criminal. I took off the eyelashes and sat them on the counter. This was my first experience and it was the worst experience of getting make-up. I did later contact the store manager Ann and she offered to do our make up again for no charge. I am an African American and the young lady who was the acting manager was also African American. My experience was life changing about how I view my own culture and very upsetting of the lack of training a manager has with customers
. The young lady was very confrontational and out rite rude and for me it was embarrassing. I will never ever go back.

Mac Cosmetics foundation eye makeup service

I purchased over 1000 cedis worth of mac makeup after a persuasive rep gave me a complimentary make over

On my way home I started to itch
My eyes became very red and the face was swollen I had rash
I wish to return the products I am entitled to a full refund right ?
None of the purchased items have been used

I demand a refund back to my card
I was nit made aware at sale that no cash refund was available

Under consumer rights I am entitled to a full refund especially I was but made aware

I took all items back the following day and was told to try the product again after a day of 2 I have never heard such nonsense please whom ever is in charge of that Mac in Accra mall should take action especially to train staff that an allergic reaction can be life threatening I'm taking legal advice and wish to be refunded to my card if you can't authorize cash refund I don't want an exchange I may have same reaction will I risk my life

I live in uk I'm in Ghana for 3 more weeks I don't stay at Accra
I now have a really big problem I demand a refund
I await a speedy response

Mac Cosmetics careless

Mac Cosmetics is not what it used to be... No, the products are fine, but the service became worse. I don't know why... maybe I am unlucky.
It took them 4 weeks to eventually ship my order. You know, sometimes it seemed like I was dealing with [censored]s from aliexpress, then I would not be surprised. But it's Mac Cosmetics, guys! The company that has millions or maybe billions dollars. How can they afford to treat customers that way?

Mac Cosmetics mac lip gloss

Purchased lip gloss at Atlanta airport USA .when package opened later that day the lip wand was broken rendering lip gloss unusable...very disappointed in both quality and the fact that exchange at store purchased proved impossible due to scheduling...how can I exchange please?

Mac Cosmetics absolutely terrible

I am aware of their popularity, but it doesn't mean they have to behave like a crap.
I ordered a very famous item (not going to advertise it here) that was very popular. I have an idea that maybe many girls would want to order the same item and that some delays were possible.
But after one month I received nothing and called them to find out about my order status. They said that nothing was shipped and the item was out of stock, and if I am so impatient, I can just cancel. Because no one is going to deliver is specifically for me. That's what they said.
I was like EXCUSE ME? Why the heck they talked to me this way?
You are unmitigated cads that's what you are!

Mac Cosmetics I will never order from them again

Too expensive to fail. I spent so much money on their products knowing ho good they are, but they have let me down. My order was sent to another person by mistake, they confused our addresses.
I ordered without signing up, so it was kind of unofficial, but if they provide this opportunity, it means that there's nothing wrong in ordering like that. But there were consequences. Without signing up they won't give you a tracking number, so you'll have no idea about where your order is. So now I don't know what to do, they don't help me much, I have no idea how to refund.
Disappointed.

Mac Cosmetics bad experience

I have ordered some cosmetics from MAC Cosmetics online store and when I received my order and tried it I was disappointed. Their products did not match my skin and the whole thing looked terrible. I contacted MAC Cosmetics support service and asked for a refund, but they claimed they did not accept returns! After many messages and phone calls they finally agreed and I shipped everything back and according to the tracking number MAC Cosmetics received the package a long time ago and it seems that they completely forgot about me. Recently I sent them another message asking for a refund but they didn't reply anything yet. Better stay away and order from another place, MAC Cosmetics is not that good as you think!

Mac Cosmetics i'm extremely disappointed with this store!

I have ordered a lot of things from MAC Cosmetics and was very happy when my order arrived. I liked everything I received and seemed that everything was fine, until I opened my new powder and saw that it was completely broken! I contacted MAC Cosmetics right away and told them that my powder arrived damaged but they actually did not care and did nothing to help me. All they said was sorry and that next time they will try to avoid things like that to happen. I'm extremely disappointed with this store!

Mac Cosmetics online purchase

This site is criminal!

I have order a 137€ on cosmetic products, and after I verified that they were´t even MAC certificated products I canceles the order.

The money was taken from my credit card and since 31 January 2016 that they don´t replay to any of my e.mails!

only this email ([protected]@safesslbillpay.com) have responde a few times saying they are just the mediator from the bank to the seller.

Very sad and criminal.

Mac Cosmetics unethical behavior

Product taken - 22.10.2015 I took 21 lipstick from kolkata MAC showroom out of which one came broken and as I stay at Rajkot(Gujarat) so i cant get this product and cant exchange this product here. And the MAC team is so reluctant that they are telling cant courier it to me. Is this the after sellinf service should expected from a international brand like MAC. Why should I take the pain of courier it to some of my near once and they will collect it and exchange it and again they will courier it back to me. It is a manufacturing fault and top of that I had to take the pain of all. Please do some thing on it. other wise I had to complain to 'Grahak Suraksha'. Looking forward for a imidiate action. Mac Cosmetics damaged product

I bought a MAC studio fix powder plus foundation shade C4 barcode number AA4 M51061773602047864 from the 78 ave des Champs-Elysées 75008 Paris France store of MAC, while I was on a holiday to Paris. I am a frequent MAC user and hence I did not check my final product before buying it and brought it home happily as I "trusted" it and "relied" upon the quality. But when I came home and opened the product, the powder had all spread over and looked like an old used product. I am so frustrated and disappointed! I am no more your customer #MAC cosmetics

They do not respect customer rights! After Mac Cosmetics get their money, they start to do anything to sell broken, unusual things you actually didn’t order. Actually no correct items were delivered to me at all. However, when I wanted to get my money back, they refused.

Mac Cosmetics fake

i had purchased a few mac products from the website called macmakeup.com. this site was selling the products at a wholesale rate which were considerably low as compared to the original mac products prices..
when i recived my delivery i was totally surprised as the product shown on the website and the product delivered were quiet different..
all the products were FAKE. please do not buy any products from this website as they are not at all genuine.. 100 %FAKE.

hello to you i buoght eyeshadows from china the product name mac its been a month and 1 week and no product the seller did not give me a tracking number i want the person by the name fuhaifa698 i want my money back so i can orde with an other person to buy the 24 eyeshadows ive writen to the subject every day and nothing please help please

I tried to call 6 ! times- was hung up on- transfered around- then i put an online request for service- that I apparently have to pay for- and recieved no call. I have a specific person who would not transfer me to a suporvisor lik i asked for on the 6th call- Gilbert (who names their child that for one) and agent number: 42892 I tried to find a place to lodge a complaint on their website- Nope! doesn't exist.

Mac Cosmetics seller provides bad-quality cosmetics

I don’t advise to buy from the company www.maccosmetics.com. I ordered mascara and cream from them, but the quality of the cosmetic was awful. I tried to return it, ‘coz I couldn’t use it at all. The rep refused and wanted to offer some other crap. I refused and told that the cosmetic products were awful, the rep started to tell awful things to me and spoke in rude manner with me. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
