Mabula Timeshare — Horrendous service from Mabula
A Fossil watch valued at R2600 was lost by the Mabula Driver en route from Bela Bela to Bryanston. I have phoned Mabula approximately 20 times in the past 7 months to resolve this issue and never received a call back.
On the one occasion I did manage to speak to the General Manager (Gavin Hatherley) he advised he would speak to their insurance and come back to me but has not returnd my calls since !
Having escalated to Mr Cummings at Head Office, Gavin has offered to pay towards the excess so I can claim from my own insurance.
It is now 7 months later and I am unable to claim - GUESS WHAT he is not returning my calls !!
