Advertisement above is simply to get individuals in the door. Many if not all of the vehicle I test drove are lemons. I was quoted one price and left a deposit to hold my vehicle of choice until the emission was performed. I received no courtesy call and even called personally to check on the status of the vehicle. No one never answered nor return calls. I decided to go there personally and the down price ballooned from he original quoted price to [protected] with a pick payment added in 5 business days. Very poor vehicle service, poor customer service, over priced lemons, and NO RESPECT to potentials buyers. Example, owners and onsite staff are Hispanic and bi-lingual. Not an issue there, however, I was quote one prize by one representative, test drove the car, place a down payment of $500, credit application/references completed, and once they found out that I was an employee of the railroad and military. IMMEDIATELY, the language change to Spanish! Luckily for my due to being apart of the Armed Services and having brought a dear Hispanic friend with me. Was a plus from being taking advantage of. Mainly because my friend understood their conversation and was infuriated to hear that due to my current employers they could charge me more money and that they would inform me that my credit was a factor. Down payment went from one extreme to the next, pick up payment imposed, 15-25 % interest rate, and 42 or less length of term. Lesson learned! FLAMINGO is their secondary location in Austell, GA. Please beware! I will attach photos of other establishment that operate in this fashion. Buyer Beware Please!

Bought a truck not even two weeks ago and it cut off on me. Had mechanic look at it. He said the fuel line and break line are dry rotten and no maintainence was done on it. I called to inform that they need to repair my truck, a rude lady told me I bought it as is and I need to fix it. BS I'm making payments and I put $1600 down not even two weeks ago!
BUYERS BEWARE! Go elsewhere ! Customer Service - is HORRIBLE, DEPLORABLE, and Mgr Attitude is DESPICABLE! Stopped by to Test Drive a Van - Left our car in lot n headed out . On our way back from Test drive - several Police Cars surrounded us- I was handcuffed n placed in back of a Police Car n advised that the Hispanic Mgr had called n REPORTED VAN STOLEN - and said that we had had the Car Driving ALL DAY! WHAT A LIE ! When the Police Realized we were innocent - they released us! WE Are Ministers and neither of us has ever been arrested or Handcuffed! TOTALLY EMBARRASSED N HUMILIATED in Broad Daylight! When we got back to lot with car and I confronted her about the Ordeal and LIE - NO APOLOGY WAS EVEN OFFERED! We will NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS Lot. - - IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THE AREA . . . . . RUN - FORREST RUN !
II bought a 2001 grand jeep cherokee and the check engine light came on the next day. ii took the jeep back to ask them can they at least just take a look at it and they said no but they can take it back with no refund or any assistance on getting a better one from them so guess what a few months later the engine blows. so yes they very bad to deal with so ppl please dont deal with them
We had a great payment history with Mabelton Auto, During Christmas Holidays we were out of state, we missed ONE payment, came home and the car was repossessed! They actually came and picked it up over one payment missed. Customer service was aweful, not to mention they only accept CASH payments, so if your out of state, there's no way to pay them. There was absoulty no sympathy or remorse for the headache they caused us. Stay away.
I purchased a vehicle from Flamingo Auto Sales late July after getting the truck had to return to the dealership on5 different times because of the check engine light it is now October truck is now running hot got a mechanic to check it out and he advised me head is about to blow on the turck havent driven it in abt 2 weeks called the dealership and spoke with a very rude woman that basically told me I bought it as it to bad so sad and then hung up
went to this car lot today...ugh..the service is horrible! i wanted to by a 2004 bmw and i was allowed to take it for a test drive. I took it to a mechanic. popped the hood and he says its keaking oil from gasket vave cover, needs new brakes rotors and sensors on front and back., driver window doesn't work, and brake light is out. these cars are not checked they just put them on lot as lemons...when i returned with car, she was surprised i took it to a mechanic.
I JUST PURCHASED A CAR FROM THERE AND MY FIRST QUESTION TO THEM WAS DID YOU HAVE THE CAR CHECKED OUT THEY SAID YES BUMPER TO BUMPER. I BOUGHT THE CAR THE SECOND DAY I NOTICE PULLING FROM THE TRANSMISSION AND ALSO THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE ODOMETER GOES FROM FULL TO EMPTY AFTER I PUT GAS IN IT. IM LOOKING FOR A LAWYER NOW BECAUSE I GAVE 1100.00 DOLLARS AND HAVENT MADE TO PAY MY FIRST NOTE AND ITS ACTING UP.
I believe that the previous statements made about mableton auto sales are just angry people trying to give the auto place bad fame. I personally had 2 cars there with them. one of them was repossed, but i didnt get angry because i didnt make my payments on time. i understood that its a bussiness and theyhad to do that. i went and spoke with two of the workers there fatima and rosa and explained my money issues. they agrreed to give me the car back by me paying what i owed, the repo fee and 1payment in advanced. unfortunatley i didnt have the money to do that so i told them i would not be able to pay it. they were very nice and said that unfortunatly they were not able to give me the car unless i payed that, but agreed that when my income was better or when i was able to get another car they would help me out. and they did so. in two weeks i had my money together and they allowed me to put $500 down and do a pick up note for $200. They are very resonable people. but you cant expect for them not to repo your car if you dont make payments (my opinion) i just think people should imagine themselfs in mabletons place and ask themselves what they would do if they financed something to someone with bad credit like us and they dont make payments or something. i just think people shouldnt try to ruin someones bussiness just because they are angry. mableton is a good place with good cars and ofcourse some car will have somethings going on with it but we got to understand we are buying a used car . hope my statement helps those of yall looking for a car.
