Maacs.com lies>>>>> On the first of February I bought goods from Maacs.com well two weeks went by and no goods were shipped and no notification was given to me of a status. I called and was told that the goods that were in stock would be shipped out like stated on the web site, Well I received a notice from FEDEX stating that the goods were deliver yet I never received them. So I contacted ALLISON MACDONALD (owner), to find out what was shipped and never received an answer. Well three days later the package was deliver by FEDEX and I still had not heard back from Maacs. I waited another two business weeks and still had not heard anything from Maacs so due to poor communication I decided to cancel my order and go with another company. It has been four and a half months since my refund request was made and with poor communication they tell me its coming. I feel from FEB-27-2008 until june-15-2008 is more then enough time to wait on a refund. Seeing how I paid by credit card I don't see why I have to pay all in full on the first day (Feb-1-2008) and they can wait months to ship goods or a refund? I might be wrong but I thought you could not be charged for goods until they were shipped?
The only communication I have received about my refund has been:

"Sorry to hear that you are canceling your order but I will have the warehouse cancel; your order. As soon as refund is processed you will receive an email confirmation."
On 3-17-08 she responded to my email:
"A check will be issued to you soon"
On 3-24-08 she responded to my email:
"A check will be issued to you soon."
on 4-22-08 she wrote:
"I am truly sorry that your refund has not been processed but Allison is the only person that has authorization to process refunds. Please forward all emails to her attention about your refund. Again I am truly sorry that I can not help you. firstname.lastname@example.org"
Allison then wrote on 4-23-08:
"As the owner of MAACS I have decided to take care of all refunds because I would like to make one last plea to you to stick with us on your order.
Here is what I am offering:
-ABUs at COST!
-Free upgraded shipping
We have already started to receive regular shipments of ABUs that will fill all of our remaining backorders within a couple of weeks.
Considering the time you placed your order, you are at the very top of the list."
They simply will not give me a refund!!! Never buy anything from this place!!! They are the worst. The BBB have 124 complaint on them in the last year, and almost all of them 115+ were never resloved.
I implore you to stick it out with us. I understand your frustration with the delay in receipt of uniforms, there has been a raw material issue (mis-matched fabric dyes) that caused an unforeseen manufacturing delay.
