Its seems like they have cheated us and we didn't get any more updates from them regarding the lands purchased in pottipuram.

Note:
We have paid the full amount for the purchase of lands with teak trees in pottipuram.

You had offered me rs 14, 40000/- (fourteen lakhs forty thousand) and the maturity date has already crossed.
In addition you had assured interim returns.
But till the date you had not given me single payment.
In this circumstance kindly settle the entire amount including interim returns.

What should be my next course of action on this. can somebody help me.

I have purchased Two Teak Tree on 12/12/1992 Name Aravinda for Rs 975/- application No 12006 Certificate No T35869 and one more on 31 Dec 1996 for Rs 1825/- application No A157120, Certificate No J9632 name Usha Rajendran issued by the STM on 01 Jun 1997.

As per the terms Co. supposed to make Interim returns payable by 11/12/2012 and and first interm on 29 jun 2003 and 29 jun 2009 respectively.

I have tried my best to locate their address ( address mentioned in the certificate is now changed as confirmed by one of my friend).

There is no response from the company.
