I too was a victim of David a Green and still now am fighting to keep my home, he promised that my home would be saved and that I would get a great modification . No answers to
Phine calls, when I went there many many times to bring paperwork there would be no one in sight or even in the office ! Left note I had received auction letter to my horror another Cust called me to tell me she to was scammed ! Praying my home gets saved n these monsters get what they deserve for ripping innocent people off. Jail time and fines would be nice I received letter staying he's been arrested I also heard he was disbarred or resigned . I now know of several
Lawsuits and will try now getting my money back
And lawsuit they should be held accountable for all the undue stress

recently chose the 'Law Office of David M. Green' (davidmgreenlaw.com) to assist me with my mortgage modification program. I should have known better than to trust a law firm that advertises through the mail, but I checked a couple of sites online and figured 'it's a law office, they are legit'. Apparently I was dead wrong. I dealt with Chris Rascionato (chrisr@davidmgreenlaw.com) from this company(who is no where to be found). I was assured multiple times about how good their service is, how great their success rate was, and how if for whatever reason they could not get a modification I could live with, I would get a refund (less the $495 'processing' fee). I agreed to this, and signed their seemingly legit contract, sent them over all the paperwork they required and waited. They told me not to pay my mortgage, and not to communicate with the mortgage company while they worked on the modification. A few month later i get a letter from the bank stating that i will be garnished from my paycheck $196 ever week, i already was not able to aford my mortage and now being garnished. This was all because David Gree did not do what was promised of him, he never contacted my 2nd mortgate, he said that he was under the imporession that he did not have too until the 1st one was modified. My mortgage company then sent me a modification program (outside of my 'lawyer', later on i found out that i not eligable for modification because the morgage value was higher then salary or somethign like that. I have been trying to get in touch with the law firm since February, David or his staff does not return phone calls or emails. Everytime i call he gets new folks to answer the call, then i was told that David Green no longer works for the firm. I will not leave this alone, i will take him to court and file a complaint with the board of attorney Don't use these guys, they are a fraud.

We used the Law Offices of David M. Green back in July 09 for help with a loan modification. The turnover of staff in their office was ridiculous. They changed their phone number multiple times and now have a new office site. We submitted ALL the following paperwork over and over and over again. We kept getting the run around by ALL of his staff. In February 2011 yes, 1 year and 7 months we received a preforeclosure letter in the mail. We are now back tracking trying to get this huge mess figured out. We will pursue a lawsuit with this Law office. Do not call or sign up with this office!

I worked with the law office of david green and they helped me get a modification. I was frustrated at first because they asked for copies of alot of information and then requested somethings again, and later needed updated paychecks. I ended up getting a modification that lowered my payment 640.00 a month. I don;t really know why they needed all that information, or if it made a difference but I couldn't have been happier with the result.

I recently chose the 'Law Office of David M. Green' (davidmgreenlaw.com) to assist me with my mortgage modification program. I should have known better than to trust a law firm that advertises through the mail, but I checked a couple of sites online and figured 'it's a law office, they are legit'. Apparently I was dead wrong. I dealt with Chris Rascionato (chrisr@davidmgreenlaw.com) and Barry (barry@bankattorney.us) from this company. Well, all of a sudden, I started getting junk mail stating that I was in foreclosure. When I contacted Barry, I was indeed informed they put me in foreclosure, but that I wasn't being foreclosed on! What does that even mean?! My mortgage company then sent me a modification program (outside of my 'lawyer', and I use that term loosely). It was not a great modification, but I guess it was better than losing my house. I am going to accept it, but when I contacted the law office for a refund due to lack of participation on their part, I was ignored time and again, and finally was told my 'Michelle' that I signed a contract, and basically I'm screwed, I'm not getting a refund. Thanks for nothing. Just proves that lawyers are snakes, or at least some of them are. Don't use these guys, they are a fraud.

If that's true, what is the name of the rep who opened a credit card in your name? It's likely that you are a competitor (one out of business now) who is trying to slander MMM's name. Let's think about this logically. If you are applying for a loan modification, you are likely behind on your payments which means your credit has taken a beating. Therefore, damaged credit does not equate to being approved for new credit. Find anther hobby "pamela" because your fake accusations here make it hard for the people who are in search of an honest and caring company that represents a reputable law firm to assist distressed borrowers in negotiating their modifications.
