Stay well away from these cowboys. I recently purchased a Volkswagen Scirocco from this garage after one month had a "Engine Fault - Workshop" message appear on the dashboard. After only having the car a short time I had the RAC carry out a full inspection. I was bitterly disappointed to find out the vehicle was in an accident and had received a heavy frontal impact. Further to my distaste, there was numerous amounts of poorly repaired components such as very bad welding, parts held on with tie wraps, silicone used to connect the wiring, leaking fuel and oil, corrosion under the paintwork. I was shocked at the amount of things that were wrong with it. The level of customer service was an absolute shambles. After speaking with them requesting for a refund I was rudely interrupted, saying they would call me back which they never did. I have now had to take legal action as they never replied to my letters, and have been denying me the right for a full refund for over a month now. I would fore warn people to never consider buying a car from these guys, because you might get burned like I did.

Totally agree. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these guys!

They sold me a faulty car with various issues. On the very same day I bought it, I noticed a strange sound coming from the engine, amongst other things. When I took it back, they tried to convince me it was just a fan noise. Their multiple attempts at repairs was a joke. Their mechanics are either in on the scam or just useless.

They refused to admit the car had faults. I had to get an independent vehicle inspection report done (as I could no longer trust what they said) which showed a RIDICULOUS number of pre-exsting faults. They refused to acknowledge this and were refusing to give me a refund. Even though it was only a week later. They were extremely unhelpful and thought I was an idiot.

Long story short, I had to contact trading standards and the consumer advice people. I had to threaten the dealers with taking them to a small claims court. I had to keep calling them and emailing them and recording my conversations. They still tried to charge me a "refund fee" which was utter rubbish. In the end, I managed to get a refund and just let them keep the bogus "admin fee". They never wanted to admit they had sold me a car with so many pre-existing faults even with the independent report for proof. They were extremely unhelpful and it was a real fight to get my refund. The older guy was very rude and patronising.

It was a compelete NIGHTMARE and I can only hope people read this and don't buy anything from them.
