Company comes out to remove wet carpet from a recent flood. They were rude and abrasive in conversation. Then after removing the carpet they just leave it in the backyard not telling us at anytime that the quote didnt include removal from the property. They also left the back door to my home open and left without letting us know that they were done or leaving, nothing. Oh and they also left three RAZOR knifes sitting on a chair in the basement after they had left with no safety concerns of my 4 year old or 18 month old sons. These guys are jokes and will never get considered for any business of mine in the future.
After reading this negative comment I felt compelled to respond. I have never had anything but EXCELLENT service from this company. They are professional, courteous, and accommodating. They are great at their job and are the best in the area. I would recommend them to anyone!
I called this carpet cleaning company today and they explained the incident. This was a complete accident for which they have appologized many times over to no end. Nobull1 should practice what he preaches. Holding others to a different standard than you hold yourself is called being a hypocrite. At least this carpet company has all of its appropriate licenses unlike the company that Nobull1 works for.

Maybe you should apply comments in your complaint to your own job and take care of your customers at your business. It seems highly hypocriticle to not practice in your professional life what you preach in your personal life. Holding others to a different set of standards than you hold yourself will never get you the respect that you seem to so desperately seek out. Just an observation...
We have had this company clean our carpets in the past and were extremely happy with the results. Just FYI- Lynn was involved in a serious motorcycle accident a few weeks ago and remains in the ICU. I'm sure that the family is preoccupied with this situation and they need to be given some consideration and compassion at this time. Also with the extensive flooding in this area in recent weeks coupled with the above situation, they are probably overwhelmed right now. Cut them some slack, this company does not deserve this bad review.
