Beware!
According to the BBB of New York this company Lyndsey Roofing has only been around about a year. I am posting this on behalf of a relative of mine. The owner Bill Reilly came out to look at a roof that needed replacing. He was very overwhelming with his sales tactics and very pushy. He stated that he created this company because of his sick niece and is obviously using this sympathy card on everyone hoping they feel bad which would lead into a purchase. It's a little disturbing that he is using his niece as leverage to have homeowners feel bad to get the sale. My relative new immediately what he was trying to do and heard him out. I'm not saying his work is bad because we don't know as he didn't have an opportunity. The only thing I'm saying is why would you want to give someone like this a job based on a sympathy card. It's not professional and I suggest that he changes his presentation. Just do some searching for yourself before making a wrong decision.

All contractors are in sales and it is our job to show what we are capable of doing. Sales people may use "sales tactics", but since you were not in our merting you cannot judge what information I gave them. As for the reference to a sick family member, here is the true story. Most clients ask where does the company name come from. Lyndsey is my granddaughter and I named my company after her for she is Autistic. I am building my company for I want to make sure she will always have a place to work. Those who have Autism get a bad label and it is very unfortunate for most are very smart.
I was not aware that what I am trying to provide to my clients and my family should warrant a complaint, yet a complaint where we were not given the opportunity to show how good of a company we really are. Please give me a call if you or your family member would like to discuss this any further.
