I want to know why every month my insurance goes up!? And also WHY ARE U CHARGING ME 439$ OR SHUTTING MY INSURANCE OFF I HAVE PAID MY INSURANCE I HAVE BANK STATEMENTS FOR LAST MONTH! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE FIXED I'VE HAD NOTHING BUT THIS ISSUES THIS WHOLE TIME WITH Y'ALL. I haven't had no wrecks nor tickets.. So please explain to me what is going on cause I clearly don't get it.

9/14/18 Your insured client hit my car and I cannot get a call back from your agency. I need my car fixed asap. Your insured policy number is LLF0051733. The claim number is LS18-[protected]. I would like a call back today as I need a rental car so I can continue to work. I am not the at fault driver in this incident. I do not want to call an attorney, but I feel as if I will be forced to.

I have had insurance thru USAgencies for close to 20 years and have never had a problem till Lyndon Southern came into the picture. I have a policy with 4 vehicles on it, and bought a new car and they insist I open a new policy, now they are refusing to give my discount saying I must provide proof of "home ownership" in order to get that discount. I was told by the agent at USAgencies office that for being with them as long as I have been that I am "Grandfathered" in. I have sent proof of home ownership and they still have not lowered my monthly rate, which is higher than on the 4 other vehicles. I feel they are a rip off. If I owned my home for the first policy I had for the past 20 yrs., I surely still own it now with a new policy. My next step is the Louisiana Commissioner Of Insurance, as I feel they need to know about the practices of Lyndon Southern.

I have paid for the insurance to Lyndon Southern Insurance Company. I had the accident recently and my car was severely damaged, so I called them and informed about the situation. As well as I have enclosed the photos of the damage. 3 weeks passed and the rep asked to send the photos. I said that it was sent a long time ago and I asked if I could speak with another person. It turned out that the agents were away and this man was alone. I wanted to speak with their manager, but he was away or busy. But this rep said that they didn’t want to cover the damage.
