Lyka Mobile / Non-activation of service
I had purchased Lyka mobile sim on Wednesday and submitted proper documentation. It was activated for 1 day and then de-activated with the reason that documentation was not submitted.
I resubmitted the documents over the internet and also to the retailer.
First I was told that the response time was 24 to 48 hours. Now I am told that there is no support on Saturdays / Sundays.
After 4 days I am still following up with a solution in site.
Advise to everybody... do not buy Lyka mobile which has very poort service.
