Lyft Complaint regarding to how do we a hold of the lyft ir driver?

This is going to be my first and last complaint about his [censored]en annoying your damn services. Your lyft driver missed my house twice and waited for too long when they are not moving anywhere. I tried to text them or call them but it directly to —lyft may not be able to text while driving. I hope your [censored]en CEO lost millions and billions of dollars for losing so many customers. Implement a way how customers are able to get a damn hold of your Kurt driver or you fcken retard customer services. If you don't like to deal with customers then don't even think bout doing business! These two pictures provided hiw your lyft driver passed my house too far away!

Lyft Documents

this has been going since 4/ 9/ 2019 when somebody conducted a background check on me with out me knowing and ran a 3rd one on me 5/1/19 i been working for you at lyft from 9/3/18 with no problems and i had not been there for a full year yet i also sent in documents to prove i can work for you also lyft support was giving me bad advise and wasent reporting my documents and was being pass around the office from one person to another and had no ideal what they were doing

Lyft Lyft driver

The lyft driver that I had 04/28/2019 was horrible. She went to the wrong hotel and I had to direct her to where my hotel was. The van had a horrendous smell the seat had some type of liquid on it and she gave me a piece of paper to clean it up not a napkin (flyer paper) the seats was dirty, floor was dirty, and we prayed all the way to the airport because the vehicle was on E. Worst service ever. I use lyft all the time and I am a driver for lyft. I have to say this is the worst experience I had. when we all got out the car we all smelled like the bad odor in her vehicle. Lyft drive was name Raychell.

Lyft Charging for service I never used

My case number is c19022096081. I have never used lyft. I talked to the bank they told me that the investigator talked to lyft and lyft said I had a account with them. I do not have a account with them at all. I tried to call them to asked about my so called account, just got a automated voice message that hung up after it got through. The investigator is not to bright because he or she should of asked my address on said account and they would of seen I had no account with lyft. All I want is my money back that lyft stoled. And yes they stoled it and 53'is helped them steal it. Im not a rich woman at all. Just want what was taken from me is all. I wonder how many more people got ripped off by lyft and the bank let them get away with it? Just be fair and give me back my money

Lyft Worst lyft driver in tucson arizona

NEVER ever get a ride with this driver! For your own safety. He has a White Mazda, California license plate #7ZZk233, Hispanic male around 30 yrs old with a very short beard and mustache and wears glasses. This is the worst driving ever! Driving dangerously, cutting off vehicles and slamming on his brakes in front of cars! He is rude and doesn't care about the traffic laws in Arizona. Please DO NOT use this driver ever!

Lyft Unprofessional drivers

Wednesday, february 06, 2019 / nyc / after 5pm / light rain

I attempted to get a ride home with lyft because there was a promotion for $10 off. From december 2018 to today, I had been using uber services daily, twice a day. Saving $10 sounded great.
I entered my pickup location in the middle of the block because on the one end, there were puddles of mystery liquids all over - I am in a leg brace, recovering from acl repair surgery and do not think I need to risk my life, health, and limb to get into a cab. The other end of the block is near a fire house; it is a one-way road and having a cab pick me up there would potentially delay a fire truck that is responding to an emergency; i'm not keen on having that on my conscience.

Attempt 1 "unal" - I watched as the driver approached, passed me, and drove away without even pausing to look for me. Driver cancelled the ride when he was two blocks away, according to the gps on the lyft app.
Attempt 2 "tornike" - I received text message notifications that the driver had arrived and the map indicated the same. However, once I located the vehicle (matched the car model and license plate to what I was shown on my screen), I watched a man accompanied by two small children get in the car. The driver then drove away, and cancelled the ride with me.
Attempt 3 "zaman" - broadway is a three-lane road, with parking on both sides. I reached out to the driver the please pull over on the passenger's side of broadway, since that is 1. Where I was waiting and 2. It would take me quite a while to cross the street with my leg brace hindering my range of movement. (I would like to note that I have no problem with crossing over, but it would be inefficient to have the driver wait longer than necessary / hold up traffic.) driver pulled over on the driver's side of broadway. It started to rain at this point and my view of the far side of the road was blocked by traffic. I reached out to the driver through text message to try and locate him. He then called me and proceeded to tell me that he deliberately pulled over on the driver's side of broadway because it was more convenient for him. I told him that I was crossing over now and asked if he could please wait five minutes for me, because that is how long it would take me to reach his vehicle. I was approaching the taillight of his vehicle when he decided to drive away, and I got the notification that he cancelled the ride.
I've heard horror stories from passengers who used uber, lyft, juno. I wasn't assaulted or verbally abused. But this is beyond ridiculous; three drivers cancelling on me for no apparent reason within a span of twenty minutes. Twenty minutes may not sound like a lot, and it wouldn't be, had it not been windy and rainy, combined with constant pain from my ‘bad' knee, and aching from standing too long on my ‘good' leg. My hands were shaking from the cold, but I had to keep them out with no gloves on, in order to keep the lyft app going on my phone every time a ride was cancelled on me.
I just wanted to get home safely.
Before yesterday, the last time I had used lyft was june 2018. Needless to say, I will not be using lyft ever again, nor would I recommend this service to anyone. This was not worth potentially saving $10.

Lyft Lyft not wanting to help

Lyft didn't want to refund my money after an issue that happened with a driver! Driver was unprofessional with an attitude and cursing at myself along with my husband after asking him to please lower the music in the vehicle because it was not appropriate and he didn't allow me to get to my destination at that, stating that it wasn't his job it's just something that he does. Also the vehicle smelled like marijuana! I feel that I should have been entitled to a refund after this incident! Even though I didn't have 10 rides completed because this is a new phone number I had to change to with my service provider. Don't like how Lyft handled the situation. I spend money for this service that wasn't fully accomplished.

Lyft One of your lyft drivers driver erratic on the road

I live in va beach coming down virginia beach blvd from newtown rd and the female driver of a black chevy cruze plate #vmb2514 was doing 70 on a 45 and literally missed my care by 1/2 inch without turn signal weaving in and out of traffic with the same speed. Not only did she almost hit me but other drivers were honking there horn at her also. This fury of wreck less driving continue until I turned on n. Lynnhaven rd as she continued to speed away on the blvd. If this is the type of drivers you have for you company I will make it aware to the public not to choose lyft. I'm also going to contact the police because I had a minor in my vehicle.

Lyft Rideshare

Carlos picked up two passengers after me from sams town casino one name was martal one passenger set in the front and the other set in the back seat on driver side he was the one who threw up they wasn't my company and did not come with me the back seat passenger stated to carlos he was drunk and was having relationship problems I was picked up from home and taking to my job golden nugget hotel so don't charge me for nothing I didn't do I was charged $100 for a damage fee that I didn't do

Lyft Lyft driver bogar, no show in seattle

I 11/18/2018 Seattle WA - 8:08PM, requested Lyft. Lyft driver Bogar responded; to arrive in 4 minutes. 8:18PM texted Bogar; no response, Bogar's car location on map never moved from Greenside Recreational Marijuana parking lot at 98th & Lake City Way. 8:21PM texted Bogar; no response, car still at marijuana parking lot. 8:23PM texted Bogar, no response, car not moving. 8:26PM called Bogar [protected], no answer, his voice greeting was in Spanish, left message to call me back. 8:29PM called Bogar, no answer, left message to cancel my ride and not charge me. 8:31PM texted Bogar and asked him to cancel ride, not charge me and I am reporting him to Lyft; no response. Bogar's car still at Greenside Recreational Marijuana store. Bogar's car is a Prius, Washington license plate BMF8827. This is not the first no-show Lyft driver I've encountered. Not impressed with Lyft business model as it is nearly impossible to contact Lyft about their no-show drivers. Apparently Lyft doesn't want to know. Never doing business with Lyft again.

Lyft Your rates

My name is cody ive been forced into takeing lyft to and from work theses past few weeks cause my old ride moved out of state.Now dont get me wrong i understand your drivers have make money but im paying 40 to 45 dollars a day on transpertation, where i work i cant get a bus to. Lyft Drivers that don't show and dont answer their phone!

driver marvin did not show said he was there lied! called him on the phone 3 times no answer texted him nada!...tey i quicky get a robot NO SHOW CHARGE WHICH INFURIATES ME AND MAKES ME W ANT TO USE ANOTHER SERVICE! Lyft Lyft trust and safety team

A lady named Grace from Lyft's Trust and Safety team harassed and bullied me repeatedly on the phone. I was mentally tortured by her. She forced me to succumb to her and I refused. Following which I started sharing my reviews on social media. Then Grace started sending me bribe💵 to shut my mouth. This is corruption to the max. I have got tangible proof.

Lyft Driver

Nashville Tennessee driver Laprisha Lee has picked me up numerous times smelling like marijuana to the point it was in my clothes when I got out of the vehicle and entered my job for a meeting. I think it's very unprofessional for not only as an employee of Lyft but for Lyft in general to have drivers that they don't periodically drug test... peoples jobs and lives are at risk when using your services the least you could do as a company is ensure the safety of your customers to the best of your capabilities

Lyft Lyft driver out of control

On Wednesday October 17 around 5:20pm, I was attempting to park in the 99 Cent Store (Colorado Ave)parking lot in Pasadena Ca. When I started reversing my car to angle into a parking lot, I could see in my back-up camera, a female emerge from her vehicle and begin to berate me. She was screaming that she had been in an accident last week and I was getting ready to hit her vehicle again. At first I tried to ignore her because I could see clearly in my rear view and in my back-up camera that I had not and would not make contact with her car. When I did not respond to her, she started physically hitting my vehicle with her fist, At that point I rolled down the driver window and yelled for her to not touch my car. She continued screaming and hitting my car. I then used explicit language, in the effect of "stop hitting my [protected]@*#ing car"! She then yelled to me that she had a child in the car and to not use that language. I yelled that she should not be attacking my car and acting the way she was if she was responsible for a child in the car. At that point she started saying "F you" "F'ing white [censored]" and crazy stuff. I rolled up my window and continued to park my car which was now facing hers. She continued yelling and tried to involve the person parked next to her, talking to them in Spanish and making gestures to me. She then pulled out of her parking spot and I thought it was over but she just moved her car to a different spot in the lot. At that point I became scared to enter the store. If she had no problem beating on my car when I was in it in front of several witnesses, she would definitely not have a problem once I left it. I decided to leave the parking lot and took a picture of her licence plate as I was exiting. When she saw that I was taking a picture she started flipping me off and screaming again. I left the lot. This woman has no business driving people around and is dangerous to be on the road. Not to mention how terrible it is to have her representing your company. Please do something about this! I am waiting for a response back on what was done. I have included a picture of her licence plate (1UEU514).

Lyft Driver

Your driver Robert osterhoudt was rude and it smelled bad in his car he looked like he hadded had a shower in a month his clothes smelled and there was not enough room in his vehicle was a carseat he even had his girlfriend with him and he was on his phone texting while driving
I feel he is a unsafe and unfit driver for your company he has been in a accident before with texting and driving he was telling me about his life story about some girl he dated how he hurt her and he got this job to pay her back but he told me he had no intention on doing so
He speeds and ran a few red lights he had trouble finding my destination to drop me off
I will never use lyft ever again

Lyft Almost ran off the road...

A Lyft driver with Colorado license plate: CJR-907 in a red Volkswagen Jetta almost ran myself and my 3 children off the road this morning (10/15/18) while I was taking them to school. I was ahead of him taking the off ramp on Kipling from I-70. He went around me on the left and cut in front of me. This is a single lane exit ramp- I almost hit him- it even appeared that he had a fare in the back seat... I wish that you responded to your complaints, but it appears that you do not as I am not seeing any replies to prior complaints. THIS IS NOT THE INDY 500 AND THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE OUT ON THE STREETS OTHER THAN YOUR LEAD FOOTED FOOLS. Discipline in a expedient way would be awesome... There's a pipe dream for ya, from Colorado, you're welcome!

Lyft Lyft ride

Erik picked up from sprouts at 4pm and was confused on my drop off location. His gps was not directing him to my drop of which i then gave him my direct address he complained that he did not know where that was that he had lived here for 16 years. Then his gps worked all of a sudden. He was then occupied on the telephone with a customer mistake or complaint with technical issues he had have. Very uncomfortable ride which ended with him refusing to take me all the way home because i lived up a hill lol! I have never had issues with any lyft driver but Erik was definitely a piece of work and very unprofessional and straight up rude. He should really learn hospitality. I did end up walking a block up the hill!

Lyft Dl# 8cwy325

A lady driving a white Nissan Altima with DL#8CWY325 driving very erratically in & out of lanes, swerving between cars, and cutting people off. She turned right onto Power Inn rd. did not stop, cutting me off. She didn't have any passengers in the car, but this should not be a stipulation for good driving. She scared the crap out of me! I don't think her house was on fire because she pulled into the rite aid. She had a "Lyft" sticker in her car window. I sure wouldn't want her driving me!

Lyft Lost phone

I left my phone in a Lyft vehicle around 3am on Thursday, September 20th in New York City. I contacted Lyft immediately about the situation, followed up many, many times via email (as Lyft does not have a customer service contact support number) and I tracked my iPhone (on the "Find My Phone" app) in my Lyft driver's vehicle all day.

It has now been over 24 hours and Lyft has informed me via email that they still "can't get a hold of the driver". I would be beyond happy to offer a reward to this driver in return for my phone, but I have no way of contacting him myself. (I do not have his number.)

I find it very alarming that Lyft can't get a hold of one of its own drivers. I am also very frustrated in the customer service responses I have received. I have sent 17 emails to Lyft but have only received a few sporadic responses back about the situation. (And some of them appear to be automated responses.)

(I tried attaching all emails here but this website would not let me. Can send in if needed.)
