I got this card for 5 pounds. When i called my destination it gave me 70 mins of calls to that destination. I only managed to used it for 20 mins and then it disconnected. So i called their customer service and explained that never get the actual call time. They re credit me and said i can check with in 5 to 10 mins, so i did. After 29 mins i had 24 pence of credit. which i though is none sense and i decide to check it later again. 4 days later i check the card it had no credit, so called them up again. They said the minutes were credit to your card, but they paid for maintenance charge since i had my card open for 5 days. I asked ok how many minutes you gave me 5 days ago, they replied "don't know, and not have access to that information." I asked ok, how much is the maintenance charge per a day? They replied"don't know as they don't have access to Internet." I realized that no matter how much they re credit me, they reduce it straight after as they charge per day?? Basically, they'll give your money back cause they couldn't provide you the service, but then after they'll take your money as they can according to their terms and condition which is not even written on their telephone card.

    This was the worst card ever, I will tell everyone I know not to buy it!!!

    i like all the others fell into the trap of being told i had 60 minutes, only to find i had 10. fraud, fraud, fraud. but sooner or later u will be caught. i telling anyone who will listen, not to buy ur scam-card

    Same thing is happening to me right at the moment!!

    I yelled at the customer service guy and now i am being put on hold.
    It's been 15 min on hold, phone ringing, no-one is answering the phone and the 'manager' is apparently busy on the phone!!!

    I am going go for a formal complaint if i don't get anyone soon solving my pb! >:(
