I purchased a used car from Luxury Autos Of Queens as well as an extended warranty. I brought my car in to have a specific problem with the cooling system addressed while still under warranty. They claimed to have fixed the problem but I had brought it back over 6 times for the same problem. Bottom line is the car was not fixed correctly while under warranty and I paid several thousand dollars to them to fix or replace parts that they thought the problem could have been. I finally brought it to an independent shop which diagnosed the problem as clearly being a blown head gasket, which Luxury Autos Of Queens denied the problem could possibly have been even after I had asked them about it several times. I sent a letter to Newman Bruce, the owner, over 2 months ago and never recieved a reply from him. This company treated me horribly, beware!
