I ordered sunglasses from www.luxoneyes.com, but the ones I received were wrong. They looked really nice but they did not fit and looked terrible on my face. This company is located in Europe, so it is actually very expensive for those who live in USA. I contacted support and he was a nice person, very friendly and polite. They offered me a refund or exchange, but still I had to send the glasses back and it was super expensive. Shipping back would cost me over $60, so there was no point in doing that, so I decided to keep them and gave them to my brother and he was very happy. This site is great, but not the best for USA citizens.

Don’t buy glasses from Luxoneyes, because their customer services are terrible. I have ordered one pair of glasses and got them within 5 business days. But the frame of these glasses didn’t fit me. I asked the seller if I could send it back and within 2 weeks he couldn’t decide. But finally he told to ship these glasses back. I waited another 3 weeks, while they have examined them and agreed to give me refund. But I haven’t received this sum. My bank account is empty.

DO NOT order from Luxoneyes, especially if you live in the USA, or another country besides Italy. The process of getting my glasses was very quick. I purchased them on June 14th. It only took about 3 business days to receive, which was great. However, once I realized the frames did not fit my face, I started the return process which still has not been resolved (it's July 29th), and probably won't be for god knows how long.
In general, sending back an item through customs to another country is irritating. It took about 3 weeks for customers to "inspect" the item. So after about 4 weeks Luxoneyes sent me an email saying they received the item and they have sent me a refund. That was 12 days ago and no such refund has taken place. They try to pretend they have great customer service because some fake person named "Alice" emails you apologizing for all the difficulties, etc. She also emails you back pretty consistently to make you think you are being "helped." However, her last email when I asked why there has been no refund back to my card yet, she states:
"Dear Beth,
It usually takes a few days but it depends on your bank. I would suggest that you wait until next week and if it does not show up on your account please contact your bank directly.

Alice"
So basically, they never attempted to credit my account, and probably never had any plan to. Instead, they rely on you to contact your bank and have them reimburse you. They fully take advantage of the fact that don't live in the county, and you can't do anything about this yourself. SUCH A SCAM. They are clearly making so much money by scamming customers, and probably sending them fake product (based on all the other reviews).
So disappointing.

Luxoneyes advertises free shipping and no sales tax BUT they will make you pay for import & customs taxes of around $31 - without warning you before you buy.

This was a total shock to me, as you get the bill a week later. I contacted Luxoneyes asking them to make right on this and cover it like they advertised (when they said no taxes) but they would not. I am really disappointed and feel cheated.

I bought from them because they were a couple of dollars cheaper than another website, but now I ended up paying $30 more. They do not warn you about this and do not make it clear that you will be subject to these additional taxes because they know if they did tell you no one from the US would buy from them. I feel ripped off & cheated. They have refused to make right on this.
