I have been a Customer/Member of Luxe Blow Dry Bar in Peabody, Massachusetts and pay a monthly membership fee to this company. Throughout the last several months, I've heard gossip and I've been spoken about inappropriately by employees of said business.

Today, I received a cancellation email from Saverio Fulciniti cancelling my membership at his Salons (4) and services going forward for no reason mentioned in this letter.

Please note I am disabled and rude and unprofessional behavior experienced with Salon Employees, Management and Owners and gossip was reported to me about a Woman who does my hair color by said owner, Saverio Fulciniti.

This salon has my hair care (special products) at their salon. Since I pay a month ahead for all services for the following month, I have paid accordingly. Also, I have credits on my Customer Account that I want refunded back to my credit card for services

Thank you for several years of patronage. It has been a pleasure to serve you. Unfortunately, it comes with great disappointment that I have to say that at this time its best that we terminate the business relationship between you and our salons. I think its best that going forward you find a service provider that better meets yours needs.

I have terminated your membership and cancelled all your upcoming reservations.

Good Morning Saverio,

I am shocked to receive your email below as I have been a loyal client and I don't understand why you would cancel my services based on my having a few issues that I was spoken about poorly behind my back - this came from your place of employment, yet your penalizing me as a client based on my planning to take out one of your employees and plan something nice and try to get a group of people together.

I think that is plain wrong and unprofessional of you as I've been thru a lot personally as you're well aware.

Also, I didn't think it was professional of you as an Employer/Boss to let me know that one of your prior Employees spoke bad about me - I was surprised to receive that comment and think that was extremely hurtful. I will have no problem finding another salon to go to as many of your prior employees have left and are close by but will report this type of service and file a complaint formally.

Please note I have my own products located at your Peabody Salon and my Hubby will pick this up later today.

Poor Owner who gossips and shares private messages with employees.
