Me and husband for several years are building a family house and finally got to the floor - parquet laying in the living room and kitchen area.We build our house for more than 5 years, are trying to do everything without loans, as both have well paid jobs, as well as God take care of our health.
When building our new house we met different builders - alcoholics and construction companies- fraudulent who take money in advance and then disappear, but Stanislav Karpovics with the company Luxartparquet Ltd. is top of it all. This is the most appalling man in my life I knew ever. It started with the fact that we bought from him parquet.
At the beginning was very polite and offered us this parquet installation -he is working for many years, is also have "professional" team of masters- showed pictures of the "as if" his previous objects. Everything was beautiful and looked safe. Stanislav Karpovics price for a parquet and the work was very high, but my husband decided that we have too many times climbed to the "cheap" rake in the end paid x2. In addition, Stanislav was genteel- he offered a discount - 25% if we will pay in cash, without invoices and VAT since thus he could their "masters" to pay better salaries- good masters find is very difficult.
And the nightmare could begin .. Everything started with the same parquet- he promised it deliver it in a week, but did not happend. All work stopped for two weeks and we decided to finish others works -our current masters layed wallpaper, painted walls, and where necessary- glued tiles. Stanislav delivered parquet only after three weeks.
We were surprised that the parquet, which had a good brand name - was packed in a film; also noticed that the quality is not so the best- some planks curve, narrower other end. Sounded plausible from the supposed "professional" Moreover, Stanislav indirectly owned by Premier Parquet, Ltd. witch is quite old company in Latvia.

He guaranteed the order and security. We paid 1/2 for work & 100% for paruet. When we returned after two weeks my husband immediately had to go on a business trip to Estonia and I went to look at our new house floors. Greatwas my surprise when the door in the house was open and inside there was awful haoss- countless broken alcohol bottles, in the wall and the room doors broken holes.
In addition, throughout the house there was a terrible urine and faeces (which unfortunately I found in a corner of the kitchen it was covered with a piece of wallpaper) smell. Toilet bowl was vomited. Stanislav Karpovics and hes masters was unreachable. The next day I spent crying and scrubbing all their kneaded beastliness.
Floor was ilayed in the same manner as residency - many cracks in half finger width, glue prominent and jambs were not imposed. Stanislav arrived late evening and told that knows nothing about it, my presence called and cursed his masters- theater .. And of course - money- asked other half- proposed reducing it by 300euro due to inconvenience, parquet is laid perfectly( he said), noone will see cracks as soon as house would be decorated. I decided to wait my husband and then decide what to do.
Stanislav telephoned the next day and was very rude- threatened reprisals if not pay. Next, all communication took my husband. Inviting our family friend -policeman, and Stanislav of our lives thanks to God disappeared. But it remained very unpleasant memory the scenes of our ruened family house what was done and it will be difficult to forget.
We Hired other masters, we bought a new parquet. Luxartparquet installed floor our new masters removed. The floor in our house costed to us a fantastic amount of money & painfull memoirs witch we will never forget.
