Luv Rating / Scam charge to cell bill
Somehow company charged $9.99 to my cell phone as a premium messaging service. When I called their number, was unable to access a person to be refunded this money. Again, I contacted U.S. Cellular, and they refunded the charge. Since this is a third party billing, they have no control over it, but they can put a block on it so it doesn't happen again. Until the FCC stops this from happening, this scam will keep bringing in more unsuspecting victims.
