[Resolved] Lumia 925Don't buy anything.. Its complete cheating

Hi all,
I bought a Lumia 925 on last September 2014. From the second day, i was facing camera issues. I returned it back, and they fix the phone and gave it back. Then i checked, the first day was working fine..but on the second day, the problem started again. Again i started calling them, no one was attending. Finally i called from friends number, and they took the phone. I return the product and I got a call from that the phone is physical damaged. I dont know, how they are saying like this. First time, it was camera problem, now also the same. But they are ignoring me and saying Physical damage. So Guys, don't fall to this trap. Anyway, i lost my cash, but no one should follows that.

  • Resolution statement customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the client have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.
