Scammed!!
Purchased three items from LuluTops online store back in February. Up to now I received only one item! So, my order was placed about 7 months ago and all this time I was trying to get my order cancelled. Customer service stopped replying somewhere in May. They gave me nothing but headache and empty promises, said I'll get my order any time soon. My order arrived in late June and when I opened the box I found out that there was only one item and two items were missing. I emailed their support and asked what was going on - no reply.
LuluTops is not to be trusted. Last message was received in May and since that time I hear nothing from them. There is no way to get a refund and no was to reach them. I'm glad that I received at least something but I paid for three item and I want all three to be here! Terrible! The most terrible online shopping experience in my life!
They are thieves!
Have ordered several pieces of clothing from LuluTops and received only half of my order. First package came over two months ago and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order. Clothes which I did receive looked rubbish and nothing like pictures. Contacted customer service many times and hear nothing back! I'm very disappointed! I do not recommend LuluTops, good luck on getting any response from them!
Total waste of time and money!
I have purchased a lovely dress from www.lulutops.com about two months ago. I never received my tracking information. I tried to contact them via their Facebook page, but they were very unprofessional and too slow. Every time I contacted them they said they appreciate my patience. What patience? I only wanted to get my tracking number and that's all! I have emailed them many times and still nothing. I am officially done with LuluTops! Not to mention that I'm still waiting for my order!

Saw some pictures of girls in their new dresses on Facebook and decided to order something too. LuluTops seemed like a reputable company. Only after I placed my order I found all the negative reviews! I received no valid tracking numbers. Contacted them many times and asked for a refund, but my messages were ignored. They said that shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, but I placed my order over a month ago and still noting! I contacted my credit card company and have reported them the BBB. Please don't waste your money and don't order anything from these thieves!
Terrible!!
I've ordered two items from LuluTops and when I received the package there was only one item. When I contacted their customer service they promised to contact me back later. No one ever contacted me, so I just filed a dispute. I also posted a negative review on their Facebook page and after that they just blocked me. And they also stopped replying to my emails. I will be spamming everything they put on social media! I want my money back!
Disappointed
I've ordered a dress back in January and it is now March and I received nothing yet! When I made my order they said that shipping usually takes 5-25 days. I have contacted LuluTops many times now and every time they said that I was not providing enough information about my order. Then I asked for a tracking number and they sent me a message saying that my order was shipped. These people are scammers! I already contacted my bank, because I want to get my money back. It actually takes forever to receive and I cannot wait any longer.
Very bad business
I made an order in late January. Two days later I received a message stating that my order was shipped. But I was given no tracking number. It is now March 2nd and I have not received anything yet! I sent them tons of messages asking for my tracking number but no one ever replied. When I tried to get into my account I had no access and when I tried the "forgot password" option it said that there was no valid user with this email. I never expected something like this! There are many good reviews about LuluTops, but I guess either these people were just lucky or all the positive reviews are fake.
I agree with Katie, i have exactly the same problem placed an order in January, i have had several emails asking me to review my items but i have received nothing no clothing and no emails from them. I am sending emails everyday at different times with no replies. I think getting in touch with my bank and seeing if they can help me will be my next move its a lot of money to loose when you have no goods.
Never received items
I purchased two dresses from LuluTops in early January and it is now February 29 and still nothing! I have sent them tons of messages and never received a response. I tried to track my order, but I cannot even log in, because it doesn't recognize my email even though I got a confirmation email from them at the same email address. There is no point in posting negative reviews, because they delete everything and leave only the positive ones. At this point I'm just disgusted with the lack of customer service and upset that I just wasted my money. Don't order from this company, it's a real scam! The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Never received my order!
I made an order and purchased a dress from LuluTops. That was in early January. Two weeks later I received a message from them saying my order was shipped. It was weird, but there was no tracking number included. Well it is now late February and I received nothing yet. So I contacted them via their Facebook page and asked where my order was. I never got a reply, so I sent them an email, and still nothing. I'm starting to think that they just stole my money and that this website is just another scam. I will never order anything from them again!
Very dishonest and fraudulent company
Run from www.lulutops.com. I didn’t check the reviews of this website before, but I bought two dresses from them and haven’t received them. All my emails to the seller were ignored and I decided to research about this company. It turned out that this company didn’t want to help his customers and solve their problems. They got money for the orders and didn’t ship these items at all. As well as they didn’t communicate with clients. I can’t understand how this company still exists.
