Lulus Returning a dress

This company is terrible. I bought 4 dresses online in hopes at least one of them would work out for my elopement. I ended up keeping 2 dresses and returning the other two.

First of all, when I received all the dresses they were all very wrinkled. Which is fine, I assume because of how it was shipped and packaged. Second, I only tried it on one time and I immediately knew I wasn’t going to keep the dress so I put it back in the package to return.

It took more than 2 weeks to hear back from lulus and they told me one of the dresses could not be refunded because it had pet hair. They took a picture of it and I could not see any pet hair on the dress at all! It was not damaged whatsoever.

Desired outcome: I just want my full refund.

Lulus Clothes

let me start this off by telling you the facts about this job! it sucks, they over work you for bare min pay.! They pay you the lowest in the industrial park! FAVORTISIM! if your not under the desk basically suckin off the supervisors they wont like you! watch out for JOHN and CARLOS on NIGHTSHIFT at easton pa lulus! they would smile in your face and talk [censored] behind your back " they are NOT your friend and They CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.! I worked for lulus for 1 YEAR and A half and ever since them two came to nightshift, people lives been a living hell! They try to over work you in a warehouse thats not AIR CONDITION which gets very hot in the summer time and if you DONT hit your rate on EITHER pick or pack they will send you home!

Please Dont Buy from LULUs either because the clothes that gets returned to lulus from customers, LULUS dont wash them clothes, if its stain free and looks good they would REWRAP it and put it back in the pick mods so another customer can buy it. Those clothes smell awful when they come back from people and LULUS dont care as long as it still looks good , they wont wash them, they'll just have it refolded and put back on the shelves. This job is a Revoling Door. The fire rate is very high, as i said if the supervisors dont like you they would make any EXCUSE to fire you! They have cameras in the warehouse but if they dont like you they wold make anything up and NOOOO THEY DONT CHECK CAMERAS! so its THE supervisors words over YOURS! The cameras can be your biggest proof that shows you didnt do anything wrong and HUMAN RESOURCE would just believe the supervisor over you and the cameras! Your looked at Like A Number! Family Culture My [censored]! Your looked at as a number and thats it! I wouldnt tell my WORST ENEMY TO WORK HERE. ALSO if your own NIGHTSHIFT dont think for a second that your always gonna get 40 hrs a week. Theres been alot of times i only Got 28-- 32 hours a week! for about 5 to 6 weeks! so when the supervisor tell you its always 40 hours a week ... THATS NOT TRUEE. its easy to become a lead or supervisor their . you know have to know much just kiss alot of [censored] and there you go! THIS IS FOR LULUS FASHION LOUNGE EASTON PA

Lulus Run away!

Two reasons why I will never shop there again and why I will never recommend this website to anyone in this world:
1) clothes quality.
Oh, I can tell you a lot of stories: mine and friends of mine who received pieces of crap from this terrible website. Lulus use the worst material and sew clothing for us, and then sell it at ridiculous prices.
2) terrible customer service. their employees just don't care what's going on. they never help, are absolutely useless and rude sometimes.

Forget about this store if you don't want to risk your money.

Lulus I will not use this company again

They sell products with a bad quality and their service is the same. Bad, poorly organized, and simply awful.
And if it comes to returns or refunds be ready to encounter a terrible mess. First of all, they will simply not care. It's your problems and you have to solve them by yourself. Who cares about policies and stuff like that? They don't. Talking to them is like hell on earth. At first, you will be on hold for many minutes, then they will tell you something stupid that has nothing to do with your issue. They will not listen to you.
Tough tough tough.
I'm having troubles with these guys and have no idea how to resolve my issue with returns.

Lulus Disappointed customer

I bought a dress from www.lulus.com and it was a present for my daughter. Unfortunately size was incorrect and dress did not fit her. Then I contacted Lulus online support and asked for an exchange and they agreed. They said they'll contact me back later with further details. Three days later I received a message from Lulus stating they were not able to help me.
I contacted them again and spoke with one of their reps which said that it was not their mistake and responsibility. They literally said that it was my fault that I picked the incorrect size. I am extremely disappointed with such a terrible service!

Lulus Lack of customer support

I've purchased a dress from www.lulus.com website about two weeks ago and it wasn't even shipped! I have no idea why does it taking so long. I tried to get some information from Lulus customer care service but they did not reply. I'm trying to reach these guys but for some reason they ignore all my messages. I'm very disappointed because I ordered that dress for an event which is tomorrow.
I'll try to get my order cancelled but I need their help!

Lulus Clothes didn't look as on the photos and bad-quality

People, don’t waste money on the website www.lulus.com. I have bought the top and coat for my daughter from this terrible company, but they have sent me pieces of clothes. These items didn’t match the items, which I saw on the website. I wanted to return these items, but the seller told me that I would pay the full sum for the return and they wouldn’t compensate it. Zero stars!

Lulus Yellow stain on the dress

I bought two dresses for my daughter from the company www.lulus.com. 5 days ago we received the order, but one dress had a large yellow stain. I contacted the customer services, but they agreed to return half of the sum. After 5 days I checked my account and there was no money. I called them again, and the rep told me that same. We waited again, but were disappointed in such services.

Lulus They provide fake info and my order wasn't delivered at all

I bought skirt and jumper for my daughter from the company www.lulus.com. I paid about $225 for the order and it was mentioned that these items would be delivered to my address within 2 weeks, but it was lie. I waited 4 weeks and got completely nothing from them. I sent emails and asked about my ordered stuff, but they only promised to check the info about the order. Total rip off. So please, stay away from them and post comments. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?

Lulus The quality of flats is horrible

I bought two pairs of flats from the website www.lulus.com. I recently wore it, and after that the sole was tore and the bottom looked really horrible. The quality was so poor and the seller refused to provide refund, but I provided the proof and told that I wore it only once. He stated that it was impossible and tried to persuade me that the quality was ok, but it was my fault and that I wore these flats slovenly. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
